Commander in Communism

The transformation of America is sadly well underway, and the road we are traveling from a free market capitalist system to not only socialism, but ultimately communism, is being hidden for all to see in plain sight.

See the following tweet earlier this week from our Commander in Communism himself, spoken like a true communist in effort to mask the true ambitions while presenting it in plain English.

The citizens of this nation are not children of the government. What the government will give back to everybody is the hard earned production it confiscates from the working citizen. Does that sound familiar? It should.  It is communism; state ownership of the means of production. From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs!

It would be far time for the electorate of this nation to sober up from the intoxication of irrelevance and take notice of their freedom and liberty being taken from them by government leadership claiming to support them in all ways possible.

For those who have forgotten their history, Thomas Jefferson once said "A government big enough to give you everything you want, is a government big enough to take away everything that you have."

At such point they take away your entitlement, the freedom needed for you to rectify the situation will be lost.

Smoke Out Charlatan Crist

"It seems many good men lose their soul when they become a high powered politician. Seemingly consumed with power, a sadly large contingency of these individuals relegate any previously subscribed to principles to the recycle bin".

That is how a recent post, titled Sorry Charlie, about Charlie Crist, the former GOP Florida governor, who without a significant pivot point, changed course to become the best friend of Barack Obama and Joe Biden and is now running again for governor of Florida as a Democrat, began.

Crist, a charlatan to be sure, is in a battle with current republican governor Rick Scott, who although a mediocre candidate at best, has actually done a pretty fair job in his first term.

This is not lost on Crist, so he has attached himself to a vehicle to help him slip past Scott, a Florida Constitutional Amendment (2) to allow the medical use of marijuana for individuals with debilitating diseases. Pull on the heart strings, but behind the scenes, there is much more than meets the eye.

With Crist removed from public office by having been defeated for the US Senate in Florida by Marco Rubio, Crist went to work for high powered Orlando based attorney John Morgan, a progressive Democrat who has hosted fundraisers at his Winter Park home for Democrats, inclusive of President Obama.

Morgan, whose law firm slogan is For The People, is the leading statewide advocate for the passage of Amendment 2. Morgan was down in Polk County recently and spoke to a crowd of Amendment 2 supporters, where he addressed the crowd.  Take a listen:

Marijuana can indeed help individuals with debilitating diseases, and the avenue for those folks to get the necessary legal drugs to help them should be placed on the fast track.  But, if you take the temperature of the crowd Morgan is addressing, you quickly recognize those folks are not in attendance. These are low information useful idiots, and people I would decline to be associated with.

Those who are in attendance are those who want pot legalized so they can smoke it till their hearts content, seemingly oblivious to the pain and suffering the bill is advertised to be attempting to help.

Reports have Morgan having bought up tracts of land in Florida to have a hand in growing marijuana should the amendment pass.  Although, given his high level advocacy, Morgan should disclose this if true. but otherwise, this is America.  Hope he has connections at the local permitting offices.

Crist is all in with Morgan, who is among the strongest financial backers of the Crist campaign.

Crist tells us Floridians he will wake up every day thinking how he can help the working families of the state.
We don't need or want his help.  We want government out of the way, with their interaction with the public limited.  Crist does not find the citizenry capable of functioning efficiently without him.

Crist once claimed to be a Reagan republican, a champion of limited government.  Now he is a Democrat, where he champions government having a visible and invisible hand in the commerce of the people.

If Crist is in fact a Democrat, and not an opportunist candidate without principle available to the highest bidder, he should look to John F. Kennedy, who asked the citizenry to not seek what the government can do for you, but what you can do for your country.

For me, that is to encourage individual freedom and liberty, something Crist thinks is better dealt out by elected official rather than earned by hard working Americans.

As Thomas Jefferson said, “I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”- “The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”

Should we continue to elect politicians without principle, like Charlie Crist, we will bring about what Jefferson feared; a democracy which will cease to exist.

RICK SCOTT for Governor of Florida! Lets Keep Working!

Sorry, Charlie

It seems many good men lose their soul when they become a high powered politician.  Seemingly consumed with power, a sadly large contingency of these individuals relegate any previously subscribed to principles to the recycle bin.

In recent years, I cannot think of anyone who fits this description more than  Charlie Crist, former GOP Governor of Florida.  Crist, a former QB at Wake Forest and a fellow alumni of Florida State University, has made the journey from a product of the Reagan Revolution to a big government socialist standing in opposition to free market principles he once championed.

Crist won election as governor of Florida in 2007 campaigning as a Reagan Republican, which helped him form his political principles.  After serving one term, Crist decided to run as a republican for a Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Mel Martinez.  Crist, facing defeat in the primary to now Sen. Marco Rubio, became an independent and lost in the general election to Rubio, whom I supported.

Riding the wave of Barack Obama, Crist, without advancing a noted pivot point, discarded all of those once beloved principles of Ronald Reagan and became a Democrat.  Crist could often be seen on the campaign trail and at political events with Obama, who is a stated opponent of our founding principles.

One would hope, having been completely discredited on principles and values, Crist would retire to private life and cease in efforts to serve our state politically.  However, after joining one of the states largest defense attorney law firms, John Morgan's Morgan and Morgan, Crist has announced he will challenge sitting Governor Rick Scott in the upcoming gubernatorial race.

It is not hard to recognize that we have a large contingency of, as Rush Limbaugh would descibe, low information voters.  Americans are awash, drowning in, as Aldus Huxley projected, a sea of irrelevance.  Even still, you would think enough voters would see Crist for what he has priven himslef to be; a man without principles.

Therefore, Crist will play to the lowest denominator, advancing issues that are without merit, hoping to not only secure the vote of Obamabots and rock solid Progressive Democrats, but the low information crowd as well.

Evidence of this was vibrantly clear last week when Crist revealed his plan for a "First Day of Fairness" should he be elected.  Action on this day, which would seemingly bypass a heavily weighted GOP legislature, would be done by executive order.  Like his new mentor, Crist would have a pen and a phone.

As quoted in an article by Aaron Deslatte, Tallahassee Bureau Chief or The Orlando Sentinel, On his first day back as governor, Charlie Crist says he wants to raise the minimum wage and stop job discrimination against women and gays.

That rhetoric will no doubt get the attention of the low information crowd, and although demonstrably false, be ignored by those predisposed to vote D regardless of a platform based on falsities.

Florida does not discriminate against women and gays ( Unlike Crist, I would have utilized a different word of description rather than gays ).  It is illegal for public and private sector companies and organizations to do so.  In actual fact, in order to be politically correct, many companies welcome the opportunity to hire these folks.

For any company or organization I have ever been involved in, it was a goal to hire the person who best represented the key competencies with the appropriate qualifications and skills to match the job description.

Raising the minimum wage sounds wonderful to those retained on staff, for they will see an increase in pay.  However, the company which employs them will may have to reduce staff to compensate, forcing the employee to potentially increase their workload or hours worked.  Benefits may be reduced as well, given the extra payroll costs the company may incur.

In the marco, raising the minimum wage increases unemployment, as due to increased payroll costs, refrain from adding staff, which is already happening due to several economic influences, from uncertainty to destructive regulatory action such as Dodd-Frank and Obamacare.

We continue to hear that the minimum wage is a living wage; it is not.  An employee should not expect to earn enough to raise a family on minimum wage.  Rather than raise the wage to accommodate incorrect life decisions of these workers, including the lack of education and key competencies which prohibit a worker form securing a better job, the best way to help them is for a growing economy to create additional opportunities for advancement.

Crist knew this at one time, but the principles behind these economic principles, due to the ignorance of the electorate, do not represent the easiest path to elected office.  What works now is claiming to be the representative of the government who is able, ready and willing to help the people, or, steadily increase the entitlements bestowed upon the lower class workers.

Clock of the Heart

Last night,  I reported a major shark jump on the evening. It is not even Thanksgiving, and yet Rudolph is courting Clarice on CBS television. Good Grief!

The rush of engaging in the Christmas shopping season seems to have overtaken the real meaning behind each of the three holidays during this time period, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

Thanksgiving was created by George Washington to give thanks to our creator, God, for the blessings we have received.  Christmas, of course, celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, as our Father gave his only Son to forgive us for our sins.  New Years represents a new beginning, an opportunity to redirect and eliminate the branches of evil that prohibit us from reaching our full potential.

We should give proper credence to the holiday of Thanksgiving, so important that the indispensable man George Washington thought it worthy of recognition. Thomas Jefferson found it so meaningful it required annual recognition, which is why our nation celebrates this day annually.

After we give thanks for the blessings we have been granted, we can move on to the celebration of Christmas and then seek the opportunity to reach redemption and make the new year better than the previous one.

As a capitalist, I hope everyone can enjoy the shopping for gifts till your hearts content, but please remember the reason for the season and recognize the blessings and opportunities we have been given.

In closing, a memo to the national television networks.  Please give paramount consideration to the chronological order of these holidays, for this is a tradition we are not in favor of changing, even if it is the wish of our current First Lady.

Imperial President of the World!

Did you hear the comments made recently by a top ranking weasel in Hollywood, Woody Allen, about Barack Obama? I know. You said to yourself "what a frickin idiot" and chuckled. Well, hold the laughter. Please listen to the following interview by Sean Hannity of the authors of "The Blueprint", Ken Blackwell and Ken Klukowski.

It is crystal clear to me that the premise of this book is right on target and the "transformation of America" President Obama engaged upon is reality, and it must be stopped immediately.

Don't buy it? Take a look around. The installation of some 40 Czars, who are not vetted by Congress, are a case in point as many have backgrounds and have previously stated positions completely out of sync with mainstream America. I wonder if many of them even know, but Obama has been stripping the Congress of it's power through corrupt mechanisms and subverting the constitution with the Czars dictating policy.

Then there was the takeover of the car companies, complete with picking winners and losers with respect to dealerships and pitching in the garbage the historical positions of bond holders.

Same with the courts. Obama railed against the campaign reform court decision on campaign finance even though he has dozens of lobbyists in his administration after vowing he would not and is the biggest campaign recipient from Fannie Mae, British Petroleum and Goldman Sachs, all in the news today for negative reasons. Remember the recent Appeals Court decision on net neutrality Obama did not like. Captain Earflaps declared he would bypass the court turning broadband service providers into public utilities in order to regulate under his direction rather than allowing free market principles to dictate. In addition, he aims through appointments to The Supreme Court to make it a rubber stamp for his radical positions, and both of his nominees fit his agenda perfectly.

These are just a few examples, and if you support Obama you may like the results of his actions. What if the other guy is in charge? It is these imperial actions, government taking away the rights of private citizens, subverting the Constitution and transferring power into a central position in the executive branch where Czars implement policy and can go unchecked, that represents a significant departure from the principles our government was founded on, and those include 3 equal branch's of government.

If you don't stand against Obama and behind our founding fathers, the transformation of America will become complete and life as we have known it will be nothing more than a memory.

Tea Party Patriots Fight Tyranny

Although patriots across the fruited plain have been sending messages in every way short of Morse code for our elected officials to stop the march to socialism, they are not listening to the people and on top of that, they are giving us the business about it.

"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent." Thomas Jefferson

We must make a stand where possible, and a tea party represents such an opportunity. Therefore, even with threats of protesters (progressives) "crashing the party", a great time was had by all at the We The People Tea Party at Orlando City Hall. Hosted by 540 WFLA's Bud Hedinger, among our guest speakers were House Minority Leader John Boehner (R:OH) and Representative Steve King (R:IA), who is one of my favorites.

Obviously, the tea party Patriots across this nation are making the progressives in Washington quite nervous, and I like that. These people are wrecking our great country and I am going to do everything legally possible to thwart their attempted advances. Reagan was right; we have a rendezvous with history!

Voight Speaks The Unfortunate Truth

On FNC's Mike Huckabee program, Actor Jon Voight read a personal letter regarding the first year of the Obama administration and how disastrous it is to America.

Nicolas Sarcozy of France thinks Obama is insane says European Union Times

Familiarize yourself with the Cloward & Piven Strategy, which is socialist in nature and aims to crash the capitalistic system by overloading it with bureaucracy. This strategy, clearly, is currently being implemented by the Obama administration.

Take a few moments to get a handle on Saul Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals, who many Democrats label a hero, including MSNBC host Chris Matthews.

Alinsky tactics were practiced all throughout the 2008 campaign and continue as we speak. The narrative being put out regarding the tea party patriots is a solid example. With thousands of tea parties all across the fruited plain over the past year, there has been no violence committed by tea party participants.

There has been violence from those against the tea partiers, including this example of SEIU thugs in action. With many tea parties scheduled as we approach tax day, the word has been put out for leftist Alinskyites to use civil disobedience, made famous by ACORN, to try to create a disturbance. Nancy Pelosi led by example walking through protesters on way to voting on the health care bill in an effort to create a disturbance, and when one did not occur, made one up. This was an effort to set up the tea partiers, with the media complicit in compliance.

It is most unfortunate we are at this place in American history, and I whole heartily share the concern and conclusions expressed by Mr. Voight. I will be in attendance at the Orlando Tea Party this week with eyes, and video, wide open. For as Thomas Jefferson said, "All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."
