Media Darling Warren An Elitist Hypocrite
The media is gushing with accolades for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D:MA) for going after the CEO of Wells Fargo in hearings today. "The only way Wall Street will change is if executives face jail time when they preside over massive frauds" said Warren.
It should be noted that Sen. Warren enthusiastically supports President Obama, who, as TBP reports, "has not prosecuted one banker for the largest control fraud in world history, as he assumed the role of useful puppet to the vested financial interests."
Warren is nothing more than an elitist hypocrite.

No Constraints on Economic Engine
![]() |
| Larry Kudlow |
Rather than penalize, say Ford, for moving a plant out of the US, Trump should aim to create domestic economic policy which makes that decision non-advantageous from profit, tax and regulatory standpoint.
As Reagan said, barriers need to be removed to release the vast economic engine of America and the entrepreneurial spirit of the American citizen for our economy to reach optimal economic efficiency.
Sadly, Obama and most who share his philosophy view America as a global oppressor, and seek to limit our prosperity, which they deem was obtained on the backs of others. As former Obama advisor Van Jones stated, "give them the wealth."
| BAHL & Steve Moore 2010 |
Companies need to forecast levels of return on and return of investment that are competitive, and with the onslaught of regulation and taxation, not to mention the attacks on small business, America is hardly open for business.
If your goal is to reduce prosperity, innovation and invention, you have done a good job by introducing these barriers to success. With many struggling for friction trying to better life for their families, they fall by orchestration to feel a victim to the capitalist system.
But as Ayn Rand pointed out, "They’ve adopted collectivism so fully they can’t even see themselves as individuals, only as members of a group. And by embracing this as an ideal, they’ve become accessories to their own enslavement."
Kudlow and Moore cite immigration as part of the prosperity of America, and that is very true. Like free trade, immigration should always be sought and welcomed. But it must be legal immigration, which is not what is going on today.
Many in the GOP establishment appreciate the immigrants, so they can employ them and increase margins on the backs of paying low skilled workers less than legal workers require. Democrats welcome illegal immigrants with the hope of expanding their voting base.
Both are in direct violation of the principles and laws set forth in the founding of America.
| Donald J. Trump |
Donald Trump, cited in the piece, is attempting to place the issue on the front burner, where belongs before we lose our country. A country without borders is not a country.
Trump may not have all the right answers to this problem that has escalated like crab grass for 30 years, but his efforts to find solutions to the problem should be welcomed and not criticized. Those attacking Trump's ideas likely have an agenda that may be negatively impacted if he is successful.
Sounds good to me. It is the Art of the Deal.

Gore Fits Obama's Controlling System
The anointing of Hillary Clinton as the 2016 Democratic nominee for president has ran into some quick sand, due to her failing to adhere to best practices she forced her staff to follow and violating the law by withholding correspondence and documents during her destructive tenure as Secretary of State.
Hillary Clinton, as we have previously noted on numerous occasions, is not worthy of holding higher office in our government. Beyond being a socialist disciple of Saul Alinsky, she has no service of merit, had a disastrous tenure as Secretary of State with debacles with a Russia "reset" and oversaw the horrendous events of Benghazi. She is an elitist member of the ruling class, and a liar.
Who knew long shot GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina would have the line of the month, noting that all the flying Ms. Clinton fancies as accomplishment is actually nothing more than an activity. BAM!
There will be those that will continue to love her no matter what; the ready for Hillary crowd. These people are brainwashed idiots; our liberal friends who know so much that is not so.
The pundits backing Clinton are blaming the GOP for stirring up this trouble, part of the "right wing conspiracy" she claimed has been after her and her husband for decades. If only it were true.
The GOP leadership is feckless, and would not know how to knock Ms. Clinton off her game if they had the playbook. Sadly, as evidenced by the lack of measurable resistance to Obama, many must agree with policies she advances.
Famed author Ed Klein has it right. It is Obama, and more specifically his henchwoman Valerie Jarrett, who is going after Hillary. Obama and his backers are not supporting Clinton, thinking she is not leftist enough to continue the Obama policies, and are the ones who are attacking her campaign.
Jarrett has reportedly been in talks with both Elizabeth Warren and Martin O'Malley to step in as the preferred candidate after Clinton is disposed of. But, there is one individual who, in his arrogance, would love to step in; Al Gore.
Gore is a complete buffoon to most, but to those progressive elitists who champion control over the people, the work Gore has put in in the arena of climate change is most appreciated. Should Gore ride in, it would immediately prompt America to debate global warming, which I deem among the greatest hoaxes of all time.
In the early pages of Cleon Skousen's Five Thousand Year Leap, government is accurately defined as "as system of ruling or controlling". The American Founders measured political systems in terms of the amount of coercive power or systematic control which a particular system exercises over its people, with the yardstick not political parties, but political power.
Global Climate Change is a manufactured mechanism to, under a perceived fear of the unknown, seize an element of control over the people through measured deemed reasonable to combat the propagandized threat.
Gore claims the science is settled, although nothing could be further from the truth.
Just this week, Gore claimed those who disagreed with his "settled" science should be punished punitively. For all the moonbats who think Gore would be a ideal candidate, imagine for a moment how damaging his proposal to punish punitively those who disagree with government policy is to our founding principle of freedom of speech.
Gore, like Hillary Clinton and most certainly Barack Obama, claim to be fighters for the little people, but favor and implement polices that restrict freedom for all and provide substantial road blocks to those who are aiming to seize the personal freedom and achievement this glorious nation offers.
Think about giving some fish to eat, rather than teaching how to fish and become self sufficient. Only those powerful enough to dish out entitlements are powerful enough to take them away.
And with the restrictions and regulations being placed on our corporations and citizens by elected officials who cannot predict when it will rain next, in the the name of Global Climate Change, expenses are increased and freedoms are indeed lost. This political power exercised over the people hurts the lower income people the most, the very people these leftist liars claim to be breaking their backs to help.
What would help is less government, which showers the people with freedom and liberty.

Pushing A String
Unfortunately, we have an extremely serious economic problem that is a massive ball and chain on the ankle of American commerce. In addition, President Obama not only knows this and is not informing you, but he is complicit in orchestrating it.
The markets are currently rigged, with the politicians in charge, most notably President Obama and Massachusetts Senatorial candidate Elizabeth Warren and advocate for the creation of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, running at the mouth about how we need further market regulation.
Of course, under Obama's crony capitalism, we are not enforcing current laws when it comes to the financial markets and are allowing thieves to abscond with billions. See former New Jersey Governor, and Democratic bundler for Obama, Jon Corzine, of MF Global.
Although they say they are not, the FED is monetizing the debt, punishing savers. Banks are flush in cash, and are not lending. They sense something bad coming, and do not want risk extended in the upcoming environment.
Doug Dachille of First Principles Capital Management joins Joe Kernan on CNBC's Squawk Box to discuss QE3, the mortgage market and price distortion. Take a listen:
The FED should raise rates immediately and effort to strengthen the dollar, and quit pushing a string of failing central planning programs. As Reagan said, government is not the solution to the problem; government is the problem.
With a Romney victory, the FED will promptly effort to pull back the extension of capital within the market, puncturing the propped up market averages. At this point, real value will be learned, improper market manipulation by The FED should cease with Bernake being fired and risk can be measured adequately.
We might have DOW 8000, but it will be real and we will have a solid basis to operate from. This will be much better than the crony capitalism and market manipulation we are currently dealing with.

A Call for Minutemen to Rise for Freedom
Since the election of President Barack Obama, the Progressives, sadly interchangeable with Democrats these days, have been pummeled in virtually every significant election since. While some victories have been uplifting, perhaps the most significant was the election to the United States Senate by Scott Brown of Massachusetts.
Although the Affordable Health Care Act has evaded logic and has become law, the election of Scott Brown, (R:MA), turned a bright light on all the cockroaches in Washington. Brown is up for reelection this fall, and is being challenged by Elizabeth Warren, an anti-capitalist champion of socialism.
You may recall Warren, somehow thought of as a financial scholar, was appointed by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D:NV) to chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel which implemented the Troubled Assets Relief Program, or TARP. Warren is a collectivist and is not a friend to economic freedom to be sure.
Although Obama is currently getting pummeled for his recent heartfelt comments about business owners not being responsible for their success, it was Elizabeth Warren who first sung that tune. In a recent campaign advertisement, Brown hits them between the eyeballs. Take a listen:
You do not need to be known as Frank Luntz to know this is a very powerful video.
While Scott Brown is not a favorite of the conservative nation, he likely is just perfect for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Further, Brown supports economic freedom and recognizes for the most part the principles the Founding Fathers set forth for us.
Not one Founding Father would take a second to consider supporting Warren, and neither should any of the minutemen roaming Massachusetts.

Sunday Night Song
It has been s strange week in the political arena this week, highlighted perhaps by the oddity of a composite woman. As it turns out, in his book "Dreams From My Father", Obama, or perhaps Bill Ayers, skirted the truth once again in code speak by morphing several girlfriends into a "composite woman".
Obama claimed to be so intellectually superior to these misguided women that they lost their own identity in his book, and in his mind.
The emergence of this story, coupled with the Obama campaign introducing us to Julia, who needs the assistance of our gifted Commander in Arrogance throughout her entire life and Obama crackpot crony and aspiring Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren claiming Native American status all the while insulting our Native American friends.
The collection of these stories this week has opened the floodgates for political fodder, with the best analysis presented by the sharp witty mind of Mark Steyn in a recent Investors Business Daily editorial.
Perhaps blinded by arrogance, one must marvel at the imagination Obama is blessed with. From having to spend time with in his early years with white women who failed to quite understand the anger and need to get down with the struggle to thinking his presidency is a rousing success, it is astonishing.
Imagination run wild.
This brings us to a fantastic ballad about imagination and composite women of the mind; Atlanta Rhythm Section and their 1977 smash Imaginary Lover. Unfortunately, Obama's private pleasure of a socialist utopia are ruining our the lives our citizens at an alarming rate. If only his intentions were imaginary.
Anyhow, November is coming, with satisfaction guaranteed, God willing. In the meantime, a classic tune in Imaginary Lover should brighten the mood.
Enjoy!

Sea of Red
When George W. Bush had his approval rating hit news lows, this was breaking news over on CNN. Wolf Blitzer was beset with glee!
A recent CBS poll showed a record low number of Americans approve of the job President Obama is doing. The number is reported to be 41%. It is much worse than that, and rightfully so.
Unless there is exponential levels of voter fraud, which is possible with dead people voting, or our country has morphed into a collection of village idiots, there is no way Obama will win re-election.
I could go into the thousands of negative things Obama has done and continues to do, but by the time I would finish, the NCAA tournament would be over and we would be turning our attention to the NFL draft.
The economy is not getting better. Revenues may have stabilized or perhaps experienced a dead cat bounce off historic lows, but costs through regulation, inflation and taxation are rapidly increasing, and when coupled with $5 a gallon gas, revenue slowdown is imminent. Recent stock market highs are great for companies, like Coca Cola, of which I am a shareholder, who have international exposure and have access to low cost capital, but Aunt Mary and Uncle Bob are scared about retaining employment and have limited access to cheap capital.
Below is my prediction for the final electoral college tabulation. Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum or Foghorn Leghorn, it does not matter. This country does not appreciate top down government control being exercised on our citizens by elites who think they know better.

We will see how if shakes out, but America looks like a football Saturday in Nebraska, a Sea of Red.
Listening to the mainstream media forecast, or better stated cheer lead, Obama for his accomplishments most of the country is too absent to comprehend is a waste of time. Out here in the real world, those working the streets know better.
If Obama wins, freedoms you enjoy our ancestors fought and died for will quickly contract. The government, who knows best, will rule your decisions. If not, we have a chance.
That being said, 2016 will be the real battle. Assuming Obama loses, the decisions he made will bear down on America and whoever is Commander in Chief will have their hands full. Debt is debt, and it must be paid. There is no free lunch.
Even left wing pundits are contemplating this, as evidenced by a recent editorial in Investors Business Daily.
Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton lead the Progressive bench, but they are up in years. Andrew Cuomo is fooling a lot of folks in New York, but the reality is he is the Architect of Ruin and is in deep with and among those who crashed the housing market. Perhaps others among Martin O'Malley, Ed Rendell, Elizabeth Warren, Tim Kaine, Mark Warner, Cory Booker, Claire MaCaskill or maybe Howard Dean would try again. Anyhow, at this juncture, this looks bleak for the Democrats.
Provided we have a country left, either Romney or Santorum will likely be primaried. Although things will be improving, it will not seem like it. Who could be among those that could challenge? I suspect Marco Rubio will be VP, so his time will come later. That would leave a bench consisting of Paul Ryan, Rick Sanotrum (if he loses to Romney), Chris Christie, Sarah Palin, Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal and re-runs potentially by Michele Bachmann or Mike Huckabee.
Top down government control against free market capitalism. Let freedom ring!
