Imagine The Arrogance

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo had the worst coronavirus response in the country. Why should anyone read his book?---The Washington Examiner

"Gov. Cuomo, who presided over the worst pandemic response in the country and whose policy actively and directly made it worse, has no business writing a book to congratulate himself on a job well done. He deserves exactly zero plaudits for good leadership and should be remembered for, if anything, his “impossible mountain” of death."--Dr. Kevin Pham, MD.

Nobody should read Governor Cuomo's book, and given his horrific performance in dealing with the virus, it is astounding that he had the arrogance to write one.

Much of New York City remains shut down further exacerbating an economic catastrophe, with no tourism and local businesses engaging in guesswork to find out when they may fully reopen.

Cuomo is a disgusting individual, a leftist intellectual elite who thinks he knows how you should live your life better than you do. He should be promptly disposed from holding political office.

Social Justice Slow Creep

"College board president behind SAT 'adversity score' was also the mastermind of the controversial K-12 'Common Core' curriculum changes that has children just learning for a test. David Coleman, president of The College Board, which administers the SAT, was the 'architect of Common Core' – controversial K-12 curriculum standards." --Valerie Bauman

Common Core is much more about control of the citizenry that building a more productive public school system. It is the federal takeover of the education system, providing the basis for indoctrination of our youngsters. While robbing children of their free agency, it boxes them in and is prohibitive to critical thinking.

"This is not leveling the playing field. This is a savior complex. This is identity politics," Campus Reform's editor-in-chief said. "The fact that they think they can judge people based on where they come from, the color of their skin, and what they went through, I think is insulting. It's essentially saying, people who come from those backgrounds, people like me, cannot make it and I think we warned America that this was going to happen and no one paid attention."---Lawrence Jones

"The move is an attempt to do away with differences in test scores that result from disparities in wealth and education and preempts a ruling from the Supreme Court on race-based affirmative action," with a described purpose "to get to race without using race.”

So the action is racist!

“If I am going to make room for more of the [poor and minority] students we want to admit and I have a finite number of spaces, then someone has to suffer and that will be privileged kids on the bubble,” John Barnhill, assistant vice president for academic affairs at Florida State University, told The WSJ." He said he expects pushback from parents whose children go to well-to-do high schools as well as guidance counselors there.

I will skip entertaining VP Barnhill; I will be contacting President Thrasher.

As an alumnus of Florida State University, I find it unacceptable that the admissions process is tainted by intellectual elites who seek opportunities to experiment in social engineering and champion political agendas rather than rewarding hard work and accomplishment of students.

Communist Within

New York mayor calls for end of private property

Imagine for a moment the arrogance.

New York City Mayor Bill de balsio, a self proclaimed communist, wants to dictate the ownership and use of private property. Of course, private property is a central tenant of our founding.

We warned our New York friends about de blasio, but they went ahead and have overwhelmingly elected him anyway:

"DeBlasio is an impostor, an individual who does not share the vision of the founders and has actively fought against the interests of The United States of America. He is an opponent of freedom, and should in no way shape or form find himself anywhere the mayoralship of our beloved NYC."

If people like de blasio have their way and can issue governance over the citizenry in large scale, the light of freedom in our country will vanish and the great experiment of America will land in the ash heap of history.

Revealing Post Election Actions

The election is over.

Donald Trump handily defeated Hillary Clinton. Thank God!

Since the election, it seems clear the character of the participants seems to be revealing itself.

And America should thank it's lucky stars Donald Trump won!

Smugness Exudes

"This is all symptomatic of modern journalism’s great moral and intellectual failing: its unbearable smugness.

Had Hillary Clinton won, there’s be a winking “we did it” feeling in the press, a sense that we were brave and called Trump a liar and saved the republic."

The mainstream media is in large measure simply an extension of the Democratic Party.

They know it and don't care, and an unbearable smugness exudes.

They Want The Government To Quit Doing Things To Them

"Most Trump supporters don’t want the government to do something for them; they want the government to quit doing things to them. They viscerally revile the elite—it’s personal—and they want no part of that class or its government. They know how to take care of themselves, and many know the government hurts the most those whom it ostensibly protects."

Government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.--Ronald Reagan

Opinion Now Evidence

Hillary Rodham Clinton wants to be your champion.

I want individuals across the fruited plain to all be champions, forging their own path unencumbered by a controlling government.

She is an arrogant hypocrite, an intellectual progressive operative with disdain for the blue collar working families she professes to support, an individual who dreams of squelching free markets through taxation and regulation championing crony capitalism in support of self promotion and her political advocates all the while welcoming opportunities to abuse power.

Opinion now evidence.

A Horrible Candidate

"Why aren't I 50 points ahead, you might ask" pontificated the arrogant Hillary Clinton, no doubt stunned by recent polling numbers.

Could it be America sees you accurately as a liar, an architect of organizing through bullying the political landscape and a progressive aiming to implement a socialist structure while undermining American power and exceptionalism?

Further, might they astutely envision you as an intellectual progressive operative with disdain for the blue collar working families you profess to support, an individual who dreams of squelching free markets through taxation and regulation championing crony capitalism in support of self promotion while welcoming opportunities for you and your political advocates to abuse power?

And those working families you reference? 94 million people are underemployed while nominal income has been stagnant during Obama's two terms.

Additionally, it should be noted those living in right to work states have economically outperformed those in structured environments you favor, demonstrating your economic idiocy.

I could go on, and on, and on, and on, and......................

Media Darling Warren An Elitist Hypocrite

The media is gushing with accolades for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D:MA) for going after the CEO of Wells Fargo in hearings today. "The only way Wall Street will change is if executives face jail time when they preside over massive frauds" said Warren.

It should be noted that Sen. Warren enthusiastically supports President Obama, who, as TBP reports, "has not prosecuted one banker for the largest control fraud in world history, as he assumed the role of useful puppet to the vested financial interests."

Warren is nothing more than an elitist hypocrite.

Hillary Insults Silent Majority

As noted by AgainstCronyCapitalism.org, without question, "The political class loathes a large part of this country. Now it’s official."

We cannot get enough of British freedom fighter Nigel Farage, who joined Stuart Varney on Varney & Co. this morning on the FOX Business Network.

Farage accurately noted, People have had enough of being sneered at by out of touch political ‘elites'.

Indeed.

Hillary Clinton, while completely unfit for public office, really committed a political error in insulting half of the country, who supports her competitor Donald Trump.  There are enough people in the middle who really don't appreciate being insulted, and certainly in this political season, that amount could sway an election.

Hillary Clinton should be quite careful insulting the silent majority in this country, made up in large measure of Reaganites who abhor political elites who are dangerously out of touch with the greater majority of the citizenry and how ordinary people live and conduct their lives.

Nigel is quite correct, and it appears the silent majority ship has left port, sailing for seas of freedom and liberty, sinking the intellectual elites in similar fashion to those who were shocked by Brexit.
