"Why aren't I 50 points ahead, you might ask" pontificated the arrogant Hillary Clinton, no doubt stunned by recent polling numbers.

 

Could it be America sees you accurately as a liar, an architect of organizing through bullying the political landscape and a progressive aiming to implement a socialist structure while undermining American power and exceptionalism?

Further, might they astutely envision you as an intellectual progressive operative with disdain for the blue collar working families you profess to support, an individual who dreams of squelching free markets through taxation and regulation championing crony capitalism in support of self promotion while welcoming opportunities for you and your political advocates to abuse power?

And those working families you reference? 94 million people are underemployed while nominal income has been stagnant during Obama's two terms.

Additionally, it should be noted those living in right to work states have economically outperformed those in structured environments you favor, demonstrating your economic idiocy.

I could go on, and on, and on, and on, and......................

Kaboom

By any measure, the jobs report released Friday was a complete disaster, and the economy, for all the manipulation, is extremely fragile with weakening market conditions creating uncertainty moving forward.

As reported Friday by Marketwatch.com, "The U.S. economy created just 38,000 jobs last month, the weakest level of hiring in nearly six years."

Zero Hedge reported, "The household survey was just as bad, with only 26,000 jobs added in May, bringing the total to 151,030K. This happened as the number of unemployed tumbled from 7,920K to 7,436K driven by a massive surge in people not in the labor force which soared to a record 94.7 million, a monthly increase of over 600,000 workers.

Reports Reuters, "Underscoring the report's weakness, employers hired 59,000 fewer workers in March and April than previously reported. While the unemployment rate fell three-tenths of a percentage point to 4.7 percent in May, the lowest level since November 2007, that was because 458,000 Americans gave up the search for work."

While the dismal non farm payroll numbers do not typically have as much of an effect on the market of the level of homes similar to the subject as the market as a whole, it does at the very least signal a weak economy and weakening market conditions creating uncertainty moving forward.

Pain and Suffering

Last week, famed Rock & Roll icon Prince passed away suddenly at the young age of 57.

Prince was an outstanding musician, an individual who had obtained the highest in admiration from his peers, had millions of adoring fans, wealth beyond imagine who was genuinely considered a real nice guy.  In his hometown of Minneapolis, he was simply adored.

Sadly, media reports now indicate that Prince was addicted to pain killers, which most likely initiated his demise.  For whatever reason, it appears Prince was hurting, and seeking escape from something. In his instance, pain from prior surgeries seems likely.

Without all the wealth and acclaim, many Americans are also hurting. Unemployment is rampant, fear is raging, rights are being stolen and hope and dignity for many has been lost.

There is much pain and suffering. By design.

"The American Dream feels like it has ended for millions upon millions of families, and this is leading to a lot of depression and despair" said Michael Snyder, who writes the outstanding blog, The Economic Collapse.

The economy appears on the brink of collapse and with so many Americans already living paycheck to paycheck, the shock of an economic or terror event could bring about tragic ramifications.

As Michael Snyder accurately notes, "A tremendous amount of love and compassion is going to be required in the years ahead, because huge numbers of people are going to be really hurting."

Snyder is correct. We should note now that when it all comes crashing down, we should embrace our faith and be a beacon of light for those who cannot see.

Love is the answer.

Real Climate Change

Real Climate Change, as in business climate, due to the horrendous economic policies of President Obama.

The auto industry is under siege, having to meet ridiculous emissions standards and labor agreements.

As wealth is transformed, with our citizens facing higher energy costs and unemployment, the destruction of America continues, alarmingly without a whole lot of opposition.

Propaganda Gloat Signals Theater of the Abdurd

When we have our President taking a victory lap over propaganda, in this case the inaccurate unemployment numbers and the portrayal of a sound economy, we truly have reached the theater of the absurd.

Obama gloats over the "fake" unemployment rate of 4.9%, but is the real story being leaked out?  Major layoffs have been announced, and the BLS is crying foul.

The Economic Policy Institute claims the real rate unemployment rate is 6.6%, a whopping 34.70% higher than our gleefully arrogant President proclaimed.

But even their number is understated.

ShadowStats.com indicates the actual unemployment rate is just over 10%, which we consider reasonably accurate.

There are approximately 94 million people out of work and the real unemployment rate is approximately 10.2%. If real full time jobs were available, the unemployment rate would be ticking higher as more folks would be entering the pool of those looking for work.

And we have not even entered a discussion of the staggering numbers of folks who have moved from the category of  unemployed to disabled.

We are being lied to by our government on a daily basis.

The talking heads on the financial channels are blaming China for the recent downdraft in the stock market. China is a real problem; a ticking time bomb.  However, this is not new. They manipulate their numbers, and do not operate efficient markets based on supply and demand principles. China has several ghost cities, for crying out loud, which are well known and truly stunning.

It is the mess created by the US government, with complicit partners on Wall Street and in the mainstream media, that has placed America and her finances in peril.  Every decision that was made in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis was in error, and eroded liberty and freedom for all. Once such action was extending the unemployment coverage for longer periods of time. As famed author Art Laffer once quipped, "when you people not to work, don't be surprised if get a lot of people not working." Got it.

Speaking of the job market, investors hope a strong jobs number Friday morning will held turn the market tide.  But that is a manipulated number as well, as it captures only those who have recently sought full employment, not the high number of those who have given up.  In fact, if the job market was improving, you would see a slight increase in the unemployment rate, as more individuals would enter the capsule of those actively seeking work. The most accurate indicator of the job market can be found in the labor participation rate, painting a dismal snapshot in time sunk at level not seen since the days of Jimmy Carter over 35 years ago.

It is noted that it is most difficult to find any market indicator not flashing a high level of caution. The following excerpt from an excellent piece from Jim Quinn over at The Burning Platform, "Corporate profits are plunging. Labor participation continues to fall. A global recession is in progress. The strong U.S. dollar is crushing exports and profits of international corporations. Real household income remains stagnant, while healthcare, rent, home prices, education, and a myriad of other daily living expenses relentlessly rises. The world is a powder keg, with tensions rising ever higher in the Middle East, Ukraine, Europe, and China."

The experts always claim this time it is different; nothing but financial folly. As noted in the piece, "The reckless herd has been in control for the last few years, but their recklessness is going to get them slaughtered. The lessons of history scream for caution at this moment in time, not recklessness." True.

We warned about the economy and capital market months ago, and our position has not changed. Once again, this time isn't different.

The ghosts know.

Directing The Masses

It is really astonishing if you think about it with any level of curiosity.

As outlined by GOP front runner Donald Trump, with all the terrorism acts being committed around the globe, the despicable and barbaric acts being engaged upon by Planned Parenthood and the corrupt actions and blatant disregard for the law being exhibited by the Obama administration and complicit members of Congress from both sides, the media feels compelled to scold Trump on his tone.

Can you imagine?

On the surface, you might conclude the news media is so stupid they would not know a story of legitimate impact on the citizenry if it took place in the lobby of their corporate office building.  But no, nobody is that idiotic.

The mainstream news media is in full command of the facts. The stories they provide and the issues they cover are all part of an agenda to lead the American people in a direction they, in the arrogance of their intellectual elitism, determines is best determined to serve the ruling class.

Fans of dystopian writers George Orwell and Aldous Huxley often engage in debate who was more correct. Orwell considered the government would conceal information from the citizenry, and engage in rewriting the history the public was able to consume. Huxley imagined a world where the citizenry would be bombarded with voluminous information that would allow such consumption which would result in the citizenry being drunk on a sea of irrelevance.

Both are accurate.

Truthful information is being concealed (gun running in Benghazi), and rewritten (see unemployment rate) as Orwell imagined and the country is ever increasingly engulfed by guilty pleasures (UFC fighting) and issues and individuals of non importance (the Kardashians) as Huxley forecasted.

Meanwhile, the freedoms we hold dear are being methodically taken from us though the orchestration of evil organizations, elected officials and social justice engineers of the ruling class.  And of course, the mainstream media.

While most know about the efforts to reclassify voting districts to benefit Democrats, few are aware the Census, under contract from the Labor Department, conducts the household survey used to tabulate the unemployment rate.

Truth Lost in Conflicting Chaos

It is spinning out of control.

The NASDAQ was down 1.5% today, with the VIX (volatility index) spiking.

Overseas, Europe is under siege, with Nigel Farage detailing the damage unfiltered immigration will cause, with those seeking to take America down following Europe's lead.

Additionally, there are escalating issues with Russia in the middle, where things are quickly getting nasty, with our side lead by enemies within.

The housing market seemingly everyone is cheerleading is a mirage, as home builders and home sales are crashing.

Physical gold is elusive; however, big money is chasing it. Big money is also betting on increasing rents, which is a signal the economy is far from healed.  Potential home buyers are unable to pull the trigger on purchases of new or existing homes, as median income is stagnant and full time employment growth is non-existent.

Then, there is the stock market, where too many dollars are chasing too few performing assets, creating inflationary values based on nothing.  Retail sales, and manufacturing, have also collapsed.

With conflicting information everywhere, it is tough to decipher propaganda from reality.  Look no further than the lack of inflation in the market, or so we are told by our government and their media partners. In many ways, they seem blended in ironic mesh.

But make no mistake, real trouble is near. The market knows; soon, we all will.

The Hamburglar's Got Nothing On Progressives Thievery.

The government understands raising the minimum wage increases unemployment and limits choice for the consumer, ultimately decreasing opportunities for low skilled workers, in turn leading more and more of them to become dependent of entitlements presented by the federal government.  The progressive government leaders welcome additional idiots, which can be found protesting for the raising of the minimum wage, to become dependent on entitlements, which increases the power of the government over the people.

It should be noted those "working for you" politicians powerful enough to give gifts are powerful enough to take them away.  Speaking of government officials flexing their power, in this case through association with the workers unions, we find Hillary Clinton.

She tweeted out attacking GOP presidential candidate and Wisconsin governor Scott Walker informing him how "unions help keep working families strong."  Clinton's comment is demonstrably false, and while Ms. Clinton in no Ludwig von Mises, she fully understands this. The comment was directed at the low information voting class she actually has little to no regard for.

Scott Walker hammered her, and his response, while it bitch slapped Clinton, is very important for folks to understand his comments.  While the low information workers think the unions and supportive politicians are getting up everyday to help them, while they are giving small benefits to them, they are actually increasing their power over them, choking them with punitive constraints. 

The truly excellent website Zero Hedge had a long piece titled "when work is punished," which chronicled in great detail the stranglehold places on entitlement recipients, noting "how financially destructive it can be for low-paid workers to try and break free of their dependence on the public purse."

McDonald's has been the target of paid union protesters, demanding a raise to $15 per hour for minimum wage.  When you lack common skills and educational prowess, your position for bargaining is most weak. While many would say this is why the union is needed, rather than forcing through extortion and bullying (Hi Hillary), some responsibility should be placed on the individual for not taking advantage of the public school system, advancing their education and skills and making poor life choices they expect their employer to pay for.  

The minimum wage is not a wage a citizen should expect to raise their family on. Raises in wage levels should be performance based, not given to those lacking in education, responsibility and skills. When companies are forced through government intervention to raise wages, the result is a reduction in the work force, an economic principle the idiots in the picket line fail to comprehend.

Soon, very soon, the jobs of these low skilled workers will be replaced by robots. Do you think they have a life plan for that?

Hillary and her cohorts do. It involves establishing a permanent voting class of folks who are dependent on government handouts (entitlements). Under President Obama, very limited full time jobs have been created and wage growth is non-existent.

All part of the plan, a plan that not only fails to be recognized by the low skilled workers who are noting short of useful idiots, but eludes discovery by a large part of the sensible and educated folks who are working and are paying the entitlement tab.

The Hamburglar has got nothing on the progressives when it comes to thievery.

Folks Are Placed In A Stranglehold

An article turned up on CNBC today that seemed to catch many economists and pundits by surprise, although it has been painfully obvious to anyone not slanted with Obamavision for over half a decade.

Please see the following pull quotes from the piece, which notes a what can only be described as increasing economic issues that are not only delaying millennials from purchasing a home, but from fully achieving milestone of life.

"The typical first-timer now rents for six years before buying a home, up from 2.6 years in the early 1970s, according to a new analysis by the real estate data firm Zillow. The median first-time buyer is age 33—in the upper range of the millennial generation, which roughly spans ages 18 to 34. A generation ago, the median first-timer was about three years younger.

The delay reflects a trend that cuts to the heart of the financial challenges facing millennials: Renters are struggling to save for down payments. Increasingly, too, they're facing delays in some key landmarks of adulthood, from marriage and children to a stable career, according to industry and government reports".

The greater majority of the issues plaguing the millennials, and the entire economy, are due interactions of the government.  Among the negative governmental influences have been the flooding of the market with money, which devalues assets and is inflationary, increasing taxation and regulation, attacks on small businesses and increasing infiltration in markets creating inefficiencies.

Due to these improper, and in many cases illegal decisions, the economy has been in an orchestrated decline. Our opinion for the reasons the administration would engage in such activity centers around the administrations effort with regard to the transformation of wealth, both an a micro domestic and macro global level.

At any rate, there have been scores of negative byproducts from these efforts, and for those seeking home ownership and unable to make that jump and boxed in the rental market, it should not come as a shock that rental rates are skyrocketing, hitting "crazy levels".  As such, escape from this viscous circle becomes increasingly more challenging, and folks are placed in a stranglehold.

As, professionally, we operate in this space, we so appreciate those that have chosen one of our properties to make their home over the years, but we note with sadness the increasing degree of difficulty faced by those who seek to climb the latter and purchase a home.

The economy is a wreck, and expenses and inflation are outpacing rises in income for those who do have meaningful full time employment, which decreases monthly with 94 million Americans underemployed or unemployed.

We know who is responsible for placing hard working Americans in this status, although many do not given the propaganda put forth by a complicit media and outright lies being told by Obama administration officials (unemployment rate is top example).

Elections have consequences, and we are paying a heavy price for 2012.

Under Decline

Those ever improving unemployment numbers reported this morning are BULLCRAP; simply propaganda propelled by a complicit media under direction of a corrupt government.

The government manipulation of the data and the outright changes in how the rates are calculated mask the significant destruction in our labor markets created in orchestration by the economic policies of President Obama, which are designed to diminish prosperity.

-Participation rate at 38 year low (Carter)
-Number workers at all time high of 55+
-Record 56,209,000 women not working.

America is in a very serious decline and is need of prompt rescue.

Bernie Sanders, I:VT

The Foundation for Economic Education, (FEE), shot a post across Facebook this evening noting that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I:VT), who is seeking the Democratic nomination in 2016, thinks the middle class is deteriorating. FEE says he is wrong.

Sanders, a socialist, is at least someone who calls it like he sees it, even recently exposing the unemployment numbers presented by the Obama administration and their propagandist partners in media as false. Salon claims FOX News (?), Hillary surrogates and Wall Street are all terrified of Bernie and his ultra left followers.

The FFE article quotes Sanders as saying the following:

The long-term deterioration of the middle class, accelerated by the Wall Street crash of 2008, has not been pretty. Since 1999, the median middle-class family has seen its income go down by almost $5,000 after adjusting for inflation, now earning less than it did 25 years ago.

The FFE disputes Sanders conclusions, presenting a video with highly respected George Mason University Prof. Don Boudreaux discussing wage stagnation.  Boudreaux seems to be refuting a conclusion of former Labor Secretary Robert Reich.



Boudreaux collects a number of hits in his presentation, focusing on a period of approximately 30 years, citing a number of correct notes. However, there are areas missing in his conclusions, as there often are when trumping out statistics. Furthermore, at no point in my lifetime have economic statistics suffered such high levels of manipulation.

With a formal education in the field of economics, I could produce voluminous statistics stating whatever case I wish to make, but I can tell you from the street that income has been stagnant since the crash of 2008. In addition, virtually all of the implemented programs, while some producing temporary gains, have resulted in long term failure.  To place it in simplistic terms, the economy seems "boxed in", with constraints placed upon it by a government seeking to seize increasing control over the citizenry.

The middle class is indeed staggered by orchestration under Obama, with real median household income decreasing and the pathway to wealth exponentially more difficult. But, it is not more progressivism or Bernie Sanders and his platform of socialism the country needs, it is getting government back within its means, individual accountability, adherence to the law and free market capitalism, with a reduction in taxation and, in particular, regulation.

Misleading and Fraudulent Housing Data

In February of 2009, the Government Census Bureau was moved to the executive branch, most thought to deal with congressional redistricting. A byproduct was the reporting of misleading and fraudulent data.

Of note this week was the "discovery" of some real questionable activity with the reporting of the housing numbers, specifically new home sales.  Already, we have documented erroneous data with respect to how unemployment rates are calculated.  Why not extend the propaganda throughout government data?  NBC will be happy to report it.

While housing is performing in certain locations, rental rates are rising due to higher demand of folks who ordinarily would be potential home buyers, giving indication the equilibrium in these markets the incorrect measurements suggests is not real.

Most of America does not have time to sift through the bull crap to figure out what is real and what is a manipulated fabrication. Therefore, most everything goes unquestioned, and when caught and reported, the level of deception is to intricate for the average person to comprehend.

As such, we get the government we deserve, one which is diminishing liberty and freedom for all of us on a daily basis, and on a much larger scale than even those who "get it" can imagine.

Free Market Capitalism an Economic Sky Hook

Like many, I was very saddened by the recent goings on in Baltimore, from concern over the possibility that the suspect Freddie Gray was mistreated, to the horrendous and unlawful actions  of violence and lawlessness of by hundreds of thugs and the despicable leadership just about all of the political leadership in this once proud town.  Although I have not been to the city in decades, as a direct descendant of Lord Baltimore, it was somewhat personal.

Among the destruction, the fact that we again have lost the rule of law in a major US city is of grave concern. The lawlessness led to the unthinkable; forcing the Baltimore Orioles to cancel a game, then play a home game in front of nobody because the police were unable to protect fans, and then move a home series with the Tampa Bay Rays down to Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, again, for safety purposes.

How about arresting those who fail to follow the lead of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr by engaging in looting, violence and the destruction of private and public property? Well, in Baltimore, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake doesn't think much of private property, and ironically, she is not related to the Rawlings Co. that makes baseballs.

One could argue the current leaders of the federal government are not unhappy about since it gives them the opportunity gain even more control over the citizenry.  Al Sharpton, a proxy mouthpiece for President Barack Obama, quipped that due to the events of Baltimore, and the previously orchestrated protests in Ferguson, MO outside of St. Louis, it is now time to federalize the nations police departments.

Let that one sink in for a moment.  Sharpton, and make no mistake, Obama, want the power in Washington and not locally in our communities, cities and states.  This directly contradicts the wishes of our Founding Fathers, but Obama and his teammates view our founding documents as charter of negative liberties, limiting what the federal government can and should do.  The Founders, of course, sought to limit government.

Those that have weighed in on these events include anybody and everybody. I was interested in the thoughts of two individuals; Dr. Alveda King and Dr. Ben Carson.

Dr. Alveda King, is the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, who so eloquently and effectively championed the civil rights movement.  She knew both her father and her uncle would strongly disapprove of the protests in Baltimore, and said so in an editorial, although the political leadership of the city did not want to hear of it. You see, to the progressive leadership in this county, King's message is considered weak, failing to include the grievances and reparations this group feels they are owed.

As the chief neurosurgeon at John's Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Carson, who has announced his candidacy as a republican for president in 2016, could offer informative commentary given his longtime residency in the city.  Carson did an interview printed in GQ, noting "Obviously I'm sad to see what's going on there."

Jesse Lee Patterson had a brilliant piece over at World Net Daily, pontificating if white America just said no!

One of my all time favorite NBS stars, legendary NBA Hall of Fame player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar of the Los Angeles Lakers. Although I am not sure if it is deserved, Abdul-Jabbar is getting hammered over his written comments about the unrest in Baltimore.

“I suggest we all pay attention to what’s happening in Baltimore, because it’s very likely that unless the economic and injustice issues raised there are addressed in a meaningful way across the country, we will be seeing many more Baltimores throughout the election season.”

Maybe Abdul-Jabbar sees thing differently than I do.

I blame much of the inner city issues in Baltimore and other major cities on the failed experiment of The Great Society, where government has infiltrated, and help break up, the family by introducing incentive killing entitlements. Marriage rates have tanked, leaving many youngsters to be raised without a Dad, or in many cases, without parents.

Entitlements from the government have placed many low income inner-city individuals and families in a box, with decreasing avenues of escape; just as it has been planned. School choice, ended by President Obama who frowns upon folks leaving the inner city for the suburbs, has reduced opportunities for those who seek to advance their education beyond the capabilities of the inner-city schools.

Government has established a permanent voting base in these cities, for those who are in regular receipt of the entitlements will likely never vote to have them taken away.  Of course, they fail to recognize they have become a slave to the state.  Do they even know the are rioting against the Man while voting to become a continuous slave to the Man in supporting the progressive Democrats.

There is no easy answer here. However, I have a few simple ideas:

*Faith needs to regain its rightful place as the centerpiece ones spirit.
*The family needs to re-established as paramount.
*The election of city leaders who inspire greatness; not race hustlers who claim the residents are victims. As noted in Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn."
*Firmly establish the rule of law.  If the city is lawless, commerce and brotherhood is lost.
*Educational opportunities need to be expanded, not squelched.
*Mentoring is a vehicle which can provide a vision for youngsters to find avenues of success
*Freedom; the removal of shackling governmental regulations and taxation, assisting in the establishment of the entrepreneurial spirit and individual discipline required to achieve gainful employment.  Freedom to try, buy, sell and fail.
*Elimination of the grievance industry.  No reparations, no social justice; just free market capitalism.

Why not give it a try?  Free market capitalism is the equivalent of basketballs' unstoppable sky hook shot, a staple of Abdul-Jabbar's game.  After all, how's the progressive big government Great Society working for the inner city folks?  It is where dreams go up in flames; literally and figuratively.

Counter Security

Lt. Col. Allen West, former republican Congressman from Florida, recognizes some very troubling facts regarding President Barack Obama and his leadership of the United States of America.  Back in August, West published on his website six examples of the Obama administration "purposefully enabling the Islamist cause".

It is unfortunate a large contingent of our citizenry is, as Aldous Huxley so brilliantly predicted, drunk on a sea of irrelevance; unwilling and/or unable to recognize the damage being done to our system of government.

With the media criminally negligent in failing to report the actual events taking place in various arenas, inclusive of the monetization of the debt, real unemployment numbers and engagements in international relations, it is increasingly difficult for the average citizen to make heads or tails of the going on.

As such, the citizenry relies on reported rhetoric rather than being able to decipher actions undertaken.   A determined examination of the actions of the Obama administration foreign policy in the middle east would lead the examiner to ponder decisions seemingly against previously established relationships, and as West noted, counter to the security of the United States of America.

Discarding the many false premises presented by the propagandist media and President Obama and his representatives, a non-biased look at the facts would find the conclusions drawn by Lt. Col Allen West as reasonable, credible, and sadly, true.
