Bararck Obama said he would not raise taxes on anyone making over $250K annually. You Lie!
I do not make over $250K annually but with the passage of the health care bill few if any legislators read, my taxes are going up.
After inheriting the deficits from prior administration's, this administration has reacted to a bubble bursting by making all the wrong moves and exponentially escalating the debt in an immoral fashion. How will this be paid for? Not only will our children and grandchildren be saddled with it, so will we. Our taxes are going up!
Once America wakes up and sends this Marxist leader we have to the Center for American Progress, it will likely take America moving to the Fair Tax or a straight flat tax of say 15% to get us back on track.
Don't get me started on the some 47% who do not pay taxes and get handouts from the government.

Tea Party Patriots Fight Tyranny
Although patriots across the fruited plain have been sending messages in every way short of Morse code for our elected officials to stop the march to socialism, they are not listening to the people and on top of that, they are giving us the business about it.

We must make a stand where possible, and a tea party represents such an opportunity. Therefore, even with threats of protesters (progressives) "crashing the party", a great time was had by all at the We The People Tea Party at Orlando City Hall. Hosted by 540 WFLA's Bud Hedinger, among our guest speakers were House Minority Leader John Boehner (R:OH) and Representative Steve King (R:IA), who is one of my favorites.


Obviously, the tea party Patriots across this nation are making the progressives in Washington quite nervous, and I like that. These people are wrecking our great country and I am going to do everything legally possible to thwart their attempted advances. Reagan was right; we have a rendezvous with history!

Voight Speaks The Unfortunate Truth
On FNC's Mike Huckabee program, Actor Jon Voight read a personal letter regarding the first year of the Obama administration and how disastrous it is to America.
Nicolas Sarcozy of France thinks Obama is insane says European Union Times Familiarize yourself with the Cloward & Piven Strategy, which is socialist in nature and aims to crash the capitalistic system by overloading it with bureaucracy. This strategy, clearly, is currently being implemented by the Obama administration.
Take a few moments to get a handle on Saul Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals, who many Democrats label a hero, including MSNBC host Chris Matthews.
Alinsky tactics were practiced all throughout the 2008 campaign and continue as we speak. The narrative being put out regarding the tea party patriots is a solid example. With thousands of tea parties all across the fruited plain over the past year, there has been no violence committed by tea party participants.
There has been violence from those against the tea partiers, including this example of SEIU thugs in action. With many tea parties scheduled as we approach tax day, the word has been put out for leftist Alinskyites to use civil disobedience, made famous by ACORN, to try to create a disturbance. Nancy Pelosi led by example walking through protesters on way to voting on the health care bill in an effort to create a disturbance, and when one did not occur, made one up. This was an effort to set up the tea partiers, with the media complicit in compliance.
It is most unfortunate we are at this place in American history, and I whole heartily share the concern and conclusions expressed by Mr. Voight. I will be in attendance at the Orlando Tea Party this week with eyes, and video, wide open. Dangers to Prosperity Lurk in Cap & Trade
On his radio program Friday afternoon, Rush Limbaugh referenced an article from The American Thinker blog regarding the Cap & Trade legislation, and the untold hidden land mines associated with it.The cap and trade legislation is being pushed as a vehicle for America to curb emissions as part of the fight against global warming, which is the greatest hoax of all time.
While is is always an excellent, cost effective idea for individuals and corporations to refrain from polluting, further costly regulatory legislation is arena unnecessary. Until the global warming hoax is completely exposed, and given our main stream media this could take some time, it acts a tax on business which is passed on to the consumer and prohibits economic growth and prosperity. And with a multitude of recent reports questioning the validity of global warming evidence, it becomes apparent that global warming is more about governmental control than climate change and represents a vehicle for the global transfer of wealth.
Trying to ascertain what is what in a 1400 page bill is daunting, particularly when it refers back to other bills. Have at it! However, it appears that under the Waxman-Markey bill, which recently passed the House, the costs of real estate transactions, ownership and new construction will go up.
Essentially, an administrator (czar) of The Environmental Protection Agency, appointed by the President, will develop a national set of enforceable building codes which all new construction must adhere to which mandates increases in energy efficiency by approximately 30%.
Each home, new and existing, will be investigated to determine a "final score" on energy efficiency and labeled. While there is much confusion as to whether homes must meet certain requirements prior to a sale, a few things come to mind which are not clearly spelled out in the bill.
The bill makes a distinction between public housing and assisted housing, but does not define the parameters of such. So, I am wondering, are homes whose loans have been recently modified with government money "assisted housing"?
The bill does spell out that if you rent property to assisted renters or provide public housing and receive monetary incentives to retrofit your property you cannot pass any costs on to the renter by way of rental rate increases, even though you have seemingly improved the property.
Over the past year, approximately 75% of new mortgage loans have been FHA loans, so I wonder if since the government holds the note they can mandate the retrofit. In fact, with Fannie and Freddie's loan portfolio and the Obama administration owning large positions in many major banks, will those properties be subject to the retrofit legislation? Will new FHA loan interest rates be based upon the energy rating of the improvement?
The bill does give the administrator the ability to adjust annually the energy requirements, so they will start out low in an effort to enhance the probability of the bill passing only to be adjusted without legislation going forward, no doubt a bad idea. This legislation, if it becomes law, will be an assault on property rights, seizure of yet another portion of our freedom and a new level of taxation to help in the fight against the speculative global warming. Quite obviously, building codes should be set by local governing bodies and a federal mandate in this arena, similar to the recently passed health care bill, is likely unconstitutional.
At any rate, if passed into law, the legislation will increase costs of home ownership, increase the difficulty of selling improved properties and limit choice for property owners. The new law would make the administrator one of the most powerful players in our government and would be asking the public to trust the governing adjustments going forward. Has this administration earned our trust? To the contrary, they appear to be running a thugocracy full of deceit and corruption.
It looks like through excessive regulatory legislation in an effort to combat the speculative global warming issues, the government is going to put a governor on the appreciation of home values, which in istelf is an attack on free market capitalism.

Idiots at Large
On April 1, 2010, we got word, and video, The United States hit a new low, demonstrating quite effectively that idiots are running this country right into the ground. Please see the following commentary by Congressman Hank Johnson (D:GA) directed at Admiral Robert Willard during an Armed Services Committee hearing.
Are you trying to kid me? No, this was not an April fools joke; you can't make this stuff up. What a complete idiot!
Johnson, a member of the progressive caucus, should immediately resign his office due to stupidity. In addition to being a moron, Johnson is also a hypocrite. Johnson responded to the State of the Union address by President George W. Bush in 2007 by saying "This war has proven to be one of the gravest missteps in the recent history of our country. It is time for President Bush to face the music and respond to the urgent demands of a frustrated country."
With Tea Party participants far outnumbering anti Iraq war protesters, has anyone heard Congressman Johnson ask President Obama to "face the music and respond to the urgent demands of a frustrated country"? I did not think so.
Johnson replaced Cynthia McKinney, who is perhaps the all time moonbat queen in Congressional history.
Our country is being run, in large measure, by a bunch of absolute idiots. Although we get the governing we deserve by electing these folks, there is something that should be done immediately to help set up a road block on the avenue of electing idiots.
We need to reverse the gerrymandered congressional districts, going back to a collection of neighboring zip codes. While some of the districts make no sense and are almost comical, they also are putting the country at risk. President Bush offered commentary on the subject in 2008, noting that these types of districts polarize the Congress and foster incumbency.
By continuing along with the gerrymandered districts, without term limits, we will continue to have less than stellar, and downright embarrassing, representation among our elected officials. Look no further than Congressman Johnson, and his predecessor, Ms. McKinney, idiots at large, for the devastating evidence.

Making Footprints
On Saturday, I attended the funeral of the father of a dear friend and fraternity brother. During the service, the outstanding poem Footprints in the Sand was read:
One night I had a dream--
I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord
Across the sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints,
one belonged to me and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that many times along the path of my life,
there was only one set of footprints.
I also noticed that it happened at the very lowest
and saddest times in my life.
This really bothered me and I questioned the Lord about it.
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you would walk with me all the way,
but I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life
there is only one set of footprints.
"I don't understand why in times when I needed you most,
you should leave me."
The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child,
I love you and I would never, never leave you
during your times of trial and suffering.
"When you saw only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."
Although these are troublesome times indeed, The Lord is with us.
He is Risen! Happy Easter!

Who is Obamacare Army Adversary?
Previously, President Obama has openly spoken about his intention to form a civilian army, one with equal power to our military forces. Roll the tape:
Is there a need for this type of organization? What purposes does the President envision for this organization? What is the makeup of the individuals who will staff this organization? Who is the organization accountable to? These are just a few of the many questions I have. Glenn Beck, fellow sick twisted freak, has some questions as well:
I have found this administration untrustworthy, and find the announcement of the formation of the "Ready Reserve Corps" to be most troubling. You become an instant candidate for the Anti-Christ if in any way you were to compare Obama to Adloph Hitler, but did Hitler not form a civilian army which morphed into the SS?
I am not going there, yet, but I do see the potential for members of civil disobedience groups like ACORN or union thugs from SEIU staffing the Reserve Coprs. Will the Apollo Alliance, who astonishingly helped craft the stimulus bill, be part of the creative team? Of course, the NY division of Apollo is headed by Weather Underground co-founder, along with Obama's favorite unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, Jeff Jones. As reported by Atlas Shrugs, they have already began recruiting veterans to help launch an “Operation Free” campaign that has veterans touring the country to call for federal action on climate change, which is perhaps the greatest hoax of all time. I could easily see former Green Jobs Czar Van Jones running point on this!
As alarming as this is, the organization is not set up to be accountable to American people through Congress, but only to the President. See the following:

This administration has bullied the other legislative branches, threatening Congress and admonishing in front of the American people the Supreme Court of The United States, attempting to diminish their power. Our country is built on among other things a system of checks and balances, to prohibit abuses of power. I consider the President forming his own army accountable only to him for undefined domestic purposes such an abuse.
On top of it all, the provision, and the entire Health Care Reform Bill for that mater, may in fact be unconstitutional. Judge Andrew Napolitano of FOX News discusses the action on FOX Business Network's Happy Hour with Tracey Byrnes, Eric Bolling and Cody Willard. Take a listen:

The American Revival
Although it was a lovely day here in beautiful downtown Orlando on Saturday, I spent the day with three friends at the UCF Arena in Orlando attending the Glenn Beck American Revival Tour, and it was truly a wonderful experience had by all.
The day focused on becoming reconnected with three distinct values that were integral building blocks of our founding fathers; faith, hope and charity.
David Barton began the day giving us a thorough history on the role faith played in the formation of our country, and how extensively the founding fathers referenced religion in their writings. Unfortunately, many are tyring to diminish the role of faith in the birth of America, and it was great to hear some keen insight on this vitally important subject.
The economics of the day are indeed critical as we are on an unsustainable path and are on the heels of adding a mind boggling entitlement program so expensive we ran out of zeros on the old HP12C. Economist David Buckner, of Columbia University in New York, discussed that in order for there to be hope, there must first be truth and we need to know the cold hard facts about our economic standing to take the correct paths going forward. A real no spin zone!
The Constitution is under attack and who better than Judge Andrew Napolitano of FOX News to offer a rousing perspective on how the intrusive governmental acts over time have eroded our rights as they were outlined in The Constitution. The Judge hit it out of the park and reiterated that our rights are given to us by our Creator and not by government, and free people are notably generous through the goodness of their heart and not by governmental force of hand.
Glenn Beck keynoted the day and was, as usual, tremendous. The day was not spent firebombing those in office, but rather outlining an educational foundation from which a course of action can be taken to regain the values and principles our founding fathers set out for us, which do not include strangling debt, a departure from faith, intrusive government and the erosion of our rights.

CAT Got Your Tongue?
In promotion of the stimulus package, President Barack Obama said that in many ways you can measure America's bottom line by looking at Caterpillar's (CAT:NYSE) bottom line. Here you go:
The Presidents appearance at Caterpillar was quite sketchy to begin with, as the CEO of Caterpillar, Jim Owens, was not supporter of the bill but felt pressured to play along. The Heritage Foundation labeled the visit as an "ambush". Caterpillar had just laid off approximately 20,000 workers just weeks before the visit.
Speaking of pressure, Representative Aaron Schock, (R:IL), who was invited to fly out on Air Force One only to be set up to be lobbied for his vote, got called out on national television. Schock did not appreciate it one bit, and did not support the legislation.
The stimulus package was and is a colossal failure for the entire nation in addition to large corporations like Caterpillar, who has continued to shed jobs. Rather than focusing on a hemorrhaging job market, Obama has focused on saddling future generations with another abusive entitlement package in the form of Health Care reform. Sadly, the legislation was only masked as health care reform but is in reality a vehicle for the transfer of wealth.
The ink has failed to dry on the legislation and already several major corporations, who since they are publicly traded must disclose any known adverse factors that can negatively influence earnings, have come out and said they will take sizable charges, including AT&T (T:NYSE), 3M (MMM:NYSE), AK Steel (AKS:NYSE), Verizon (VZ:NYSE), Medtronic (MDT:NYSE), John Deere (DE:NYSE) and our old friend from Peoria, Caterpillar.
There is no free lunch, as I think most everyone learned in high school economics class, and there is a huge cost to be paid to give 30 million new folks health care coverage. One way the federal government aims to pay for this is through additional taxes, but we should have also learned that when you tax something, you get less of it. If goods or services cost more to produce, hindered by excessive taxation and regulation, less will be produced leading to a limitation on choices for the consumer. Perhaps it would be prudent to review the Laffer Curve?
The Health Care reform legislation many are cheering will strangle major corporations and small businesses, kill jobs across America and limit choices for the consumer, not only in health care where private sector providers will be crowded out, but in every sector. Unfortunately, Caterpillar won't be the only business loading up equipment on the hauler, a victim of those who seek wealth transformation and oppose free market capitalism. Enemies from within, including our arrogant President and an abusive Congress who hold our citizenry in contempt, gleefully assaulted our rights and freedoms by passing Health Care Reform.
I find freedom worth fighting for, and for those who take my freedoms away, I plan to hold them accountable in every legal avenue permissible.
Not that I ever made a practice of it in the first place, but I will never cast a ballot for a Democrat again. Marxist radicals are dancing, but the fight for freedom is fully engaged by freedom loving free market capitalist patriots all across the thundering plain.

Gov. Health Care Portal To Socialism
A time for choosing is fast approaching. Arrogant Democrats, led by President Barack Obama, who thinks he is the smartest man in the room, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, are poised to ram down the throat of the American people a huge entitlement program all polls indicate the people do not want. Alas, but government knows best.
The proposed Bill is actually unwritten as we speak only having a blue print to work from. This will lay the groundwork to allow the government to move forward in a takeover of the total economy, and your life. Tom Harkin (D:IA), who a decade or so ago announced his run for the presidency amongst all the chirping birds, said as much by describing the bill as a building block. Harkin also discussed how health care is an inalienable right, which could not be further from the truth. Our rights are given to us by God per the Declaration of Independence, not idiotic arrogant politicians. Here is Harkin:

Reagan, who not only provided a blue print to escape the current economic catastrophe we are currently embroiled in, also had the subject of governmental health care nailed dead to right as he put forth in a speech he made back in 1961. Now, more than ever, we should hear Ronald Reagan loud and clear, and not let the inexperience of those in government pushing health care who have never made a payroll dictate a movement by our country away from free market capitalism toward socialism, which as Reagan indicates, is masked in health care reform.
It is now time for choosing. If we do not learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it. Our founders fought for limited government, and so should you! Call you representatives now and help defeat heatlh care, a portal to socialism.

BAHL's Babes: Kimberly Guilfoyle
FOX News is well known for the beautiful women they have on staff over there, and at or near the top of the list is the latest BAHL's Babe, Kimberly Guilfoyle.Kimberly can usually be found doing stories for or guest hosting Geraldo at Large, where she has her own segment called Kimberly's Cases, and on discussion groups on Hannity and The O'Reilly Factor. If I were the executives over there, I would be looking to increase her visibility.


Guilfoyle, who graduated from the University of California Davis magna cum laude, is a former Victoria's Secret model. She worked as an attorney and prior to joining the ranks of television attorneys, she served as an Assistant District Attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.
Although at one time she was married to a huge lefty in San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsome, in the discussions she participates in on FOX she does come across as right leaning and even displays a sarcastic attitude to go along with her intoxicating smile.
When combining Kimberly's high level of intelligence with her striking beauty, you have a rising star at FOX news and the newest BAHL's Babe.

ABC News Awakes From Coma!
An extension of the unemployment benefits is being "blocked" by Senator Jim Bunning (R:KY). Certainly, the American people deserve answers as to why Sen. Bunning, obviously an evil public servant, would place so many jobless American workers on the verge of starvation! The horror of it all!
Thankfully, for us idiots at large, ABC News is on the story like a cat in a tree at 4th and Main!
Good Grief! The media bias and hypocrisy on this is in the stratosphere.
As a youngster, I switched from Cronkite and CBS over to Peter Jennings and ABC News World News Tonight as my preference. In recent years, I have briefly met both Diane Sawyer and Charles Gibson, who both seemed to be neat people.
But ABC News has been nothing short of asleep at the switch for the better part of a decade. Recall Charlie Gibson stumbling around having no idea of the goings on of ACORN when they were exposed? Where was ABC, or any of the 3 networks, when Obama's radical czars were exposed, on the exposing of Charlie Rangel's many illegal activities, Obama's relationship with ACORN and stimulus money going to Congressional districts that do not exist? Surely they were all over Barney Frank and Chris Dodd's practically criminal oversight of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Have they questioned Nancy Pelosi, who proclaimed to clean out swamp and run the most ethical House evah, on the long list of unethical behavior in the House? Paygo? Hello!
They completely missed the tea parties for crying out loud! And what about the global warming scandals?
For a myriad of reasons, with bias being at or near the top of the list, the network news divisions are quickly becoming a dinosaur. As Bernie Goldberg put it, if you are heading up one of these news divisions, you are essentially running a morgue.
Serves them right! And for the record, Bunning is still right!

The Washington Times reports the number of Americans relying on on the government is at an all time high, and this is dangerous. Investors Business Daily has more. America is not a bailout nation, and was built on the back of hard work and and a inner spirit. Margaret Thatcher spoke profound words when she said "Europe was created by history. America was created by philosophy". The economic philosophy is Free Market Capitalism!
