Glenn Beck had recently attended the Broadway production of Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark and provided a glowing review, which is in stark contrast to most all other observations presented.
Beck was so impressed he has been back for several other performances, and on his most recent trip, he had an opportunity to meet Bono, of mega rock band U2, who had written the musical score. Beck discussed this on his radio show, and excerpts are available on his website.
Given the seemingly large political gulf between Bono and Beck, it would seem there could be little common ground. However, Glenn indicated, just as the greater majority of us suspected, Bono is actually a man of common sense, very astute on the issues, principled and philanthropic.
Anyhow, I can't wait to see Spiderman on The Great White Way. And I am certainly a big fan of Bono, and U2. So tonight, the Sunday Night Song is U2 and "One":
