Some 122,000 students were surveyed and Penn State is the 2009 champion.
My old stomping grounds up at Florida State came in a very respectable 9th.
Obviously, the partaking has fallen off some since I left, but let it be known we did plenty of damage back in the day. The evidence of our efforts is captured in this 1986 photo from the best bar on campus, The Phyrst.
Unfortunately, the Phyrst was bulldozed and is now a dormitory.
