Rioters Orchestrated Idiots

So, we are to believe that because Donald Trump was elected president, America will be destroyed.

Idiots have taken to the street.














As evidenced by disturbingly condescending commentary by CBS 60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl in an interview with president-elect Donald Trump last night, it was apparently the Trump supporters who were causing all the ruckus.

But how can that be?
















In fact, pictures and videos have surfaced of all the buses used to usher in all the protesters.

Yes, you read that right. These are the same folks who were at play in Ferguson, Baltimore and every other racial dust up over the last couple years. An orchestrated, and well paid, protester army of useful idiots.

As Rush Limbaugh stated on his program today, "I just ran across a couple of ads for protesters, $1,500 a week, hiring immediately, call today, start tomorrow, 15 to $18 an hour plus bonus overtime, up to 77 hours a week, Philadelphia. Craigslist.org. That's just one. There's a bunch of different recruitment ads that we have found for rioters, $1,500 a week."

We can thank George Soros, who met today with former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D:CA) on how they can combat Trump's first 100 days, for the funding of all these actions to divide, and yes conquer, America.

America is sick and tired of this, and that contributed to Trump turning the nation red.

Real organic change are brought about by men who are principled and have deeply held beliefs they are willing to champion in a respectful and measured manner.

An America hero did that once, an individual you may think these protesters would admire and seek to emulate.


You would be wrong.  These rioters are orchestrated idiots.

Times have indeed changed. Therefore, it is now time to Make America Great Again!

Pursuit of Unhappiness

Those crazy intellectual elites over at the United Nations are engaged in mind exorcises once again. You may have thought involving themselves in the Trayvon Martin case was overreaching enough, but no, as they arrive at a set of conclusions of actions they indicate would make everyone happy. Glenn Beck noted the pure comedy, except unfortunately these idiots are playing for keeps and have allies in high places in Washington DC. Take a listen:



Just what we need; a bunch of technocrats from various countries inferior in, among other things economic standing and human rights, dictating to us how to achieve happiness. Seeking council from hedge fund manager and socialist George Soros, their recommendation centers around implementing the policies found in Europe of economic fairness and social justice, which has worked quite well as 60 Minutes documented on Sunday Night. Those policies have created a crisis in Europe, as countries have lost their sovereignty and are being rules by technocrats who are unelected and have no accountability to those they yield power over. With that, the individual spirit, ingenuity and personal dignity is crushed and the degree of difficulty in regaining an economic foothold is greatly diminished. Under the financial crisis in the Eurozone, governments feel compelled to assume power in efforts to help solve the problem. Under such a crisis, weary and afraid citizens find it easy to turn to government officials for assistance. Rahm Emanuel, President Obama's former Chief of Staff, quipped once to "never let a crisis go to waste", and they do not.

I prefer the words of Ronald Reagan, who said "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.". So true. The reason is because every time the government gets involved in commerce (health care, Global warming) or regulation of action (curfews, taxation, regulation), portions of your freedom are relinquished, and they are usually never given back.

More troubling on the Eurozone is the emergence of non-elected technocrats who implement policies without being held accountable by the governed. Uncle Sam is heading, and being directed, down this road; a road to serfdom.

Reagan can be quoted all day, but he accurately describes the value of freedom in noting "Freedom is one of the deepest and noblest aspirations of the human spirit." We must avert any loss of freedom, particularly under the direction of those who indicate they know best and can be of eternal assistance to you if given the chance. Offer them no quarter, because as Reagan pointed out, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free."

Freedom in Europe has been losing ground for decades, and the working class know it. Opportunities for advancement to pursue dreams have been curtailed by those who govern. With unsustainable pensions now being stolen by officials, civil unrest is predictably taking place. The wealth of America is being transferred against our will through quantitative easing, and folks are getting restless, fearful of losing future opportunities at achieving the American dream. America was built on faith and the backs of a moral people who work hard pursuing their dreams. The pursuit of happiness.

Let us move immediately to protect these opportunities for our children and grandchildren, before the intellectual elites gain an unsurmountable position against a sleeping electorate, one who, if not careful, may lose the right to freely elect and fall into darkness.

Lost in Space

60 Minutes was back in Central Florida for a report on the decimated Space Coast after the demise of the Space Shuttle Program.

Under the Bush administration, the shuttle program was announced to be discontinued, replaced with a new program called Constellation. Although President Obama is spending money like a drunken sailor, gambling on various projects while placing this country at the brink of financial collapse, he and his Congress could not find the money to continue the Constellation.

As a result, our national security is in peril, not to mention the devastating economic conditions, beyond Obama's horrendous economic policies, the Space Coast is dealing with. Take a look:



It is hard to believe this has happened in America, but then again, we are in the midst of the most disastrous presidency in memory. Much of America is in despair, and our place as the leader of the free world is in jeopardy. Certainly, November cannot come fast enough. I cannot imagine what kind of individual could cast a vote for the most destructive Commander in Chief this country has seen.

You would have to be lost in space.

Information Misrepresentation: Obama

Information presented to the Public by various outlets is being crafted to misrepresent reality in an effort to skew political thinking, gain economic advantage and nudge social justice further down the American psyche. This is the second in a series of blog posts detailing instances in this regard, as it is imperative the Public recognize the significant level of misrepresentation and how vast the manipulation is.

President Obama, who one would suspect is extremely busy in efforts to solve the myriad of significant issues our country is presented with, most notably the highest sustained level of unemployment since the Great Depression, continues to find time to display mind boggling levels of arrogance on a variety of media outlets. Last week, in an interview with 60 Minutes, Obama not only mangled the truth in description of the performance of his administration, but stretched his high altitude narcissism to incredulous levels. In response to 60 Minutes Correspondent Steve Kroft asking about Obama's accomplishments, the President offered the following:

Well, we're not done yet. I've got five more years of stuff to do. But not only saving this country from a great depression. Not only saving the auto industry. But putting in place a system in which we're gonna start lowering health care costs and you're never gonna go bankrupt because you get sick or somebody in your family gets sick. Making sure that we have reformed the financial system, so we never again have taxpayer-funded bailouts, and the system is more stable and secure. Making sure that we've got millions of kids out here who are able to go to college because we've expanded student loans and made college more affordable. Ending Don't Ask, Don't Tell. Decimating al Qaeda, including Bin Laden being taken off the field. Restoring America's respect around the world.

This paragraph presents by itself contains a gold mine of delusional comments. If he has all these things to do, which he apparently was unable to accomplish with both house of Congress in Democratic control, one has to wonder with the country in economic peril why he is not working with a sense of urgency.

Obama did not save the country from a Great Depression. Obama has operated from the playbook of FDR, who sought massive government stimulus and implemented the forceful expansion of federal regulations and confiscatory taxation, his intimidation of "the rich," encouragement of labor strikes, and half-baked policy experiments discouraged employers from hiring workers and provided strong disincentives to new business investment, as Amity Shlaes outlined in her book "The Forgotten Man".

The auto industry is not saved. For Uncle Sam to made whole, GM needs about another $20 per share in stock price, and with the debacle otherwise know as the Chevy Volt, the loss of the iconic and sporty Pontiac brand and lagging new auto sales due to economic fear, prospects for a robust, profitable GM look bleak.

Health Care costs are not declining, and endless other slow creep taxation nuggets found within the Health Care bill increase taxes on the consumer, thus handicapping economic growth. With much of the behemoth legislation to come in 2013, fear of increased costs and taxation are significantly hindering business development and expansion, and of course, we could certainly use those jobs.

The massive financial regulations put forth under Obama, most notably the Dodd-Frank Bill, has been a job killer, and is also a continued failure as evidenced by the goings on of Democrat Jon Corzine, the former Governor and Senator from New Jersey, who as director of now bankrupt MF Global is under federal investigation due to 1.2 million dollars of customer accounts that are missing, or stolen, whichever your prefer.

Higher education is not a right, but a privilege, for those who choose to take that path. It is not for everybody, and is affordable if you find the investment to be a worthy endeavor.

While the Obama administration deserves recognition for continuing the assault on al Qaeda and for killing Osama Bin Laden, our foreign policy is abysmal. To the contrary from Obama's opinion, we are less respected around the world. Pretty please asking Iran for our lost drone back tells the tale, but beyond that we have radical Muslim influence expanding, have alienated our great friend in Israel and have left Iraq open for the Iranians for political expediency.

Obama really enjoys lying by omission to the citizens, and the following comment is a great example:

"And we ended up asking the wealthiest Americans to do a little bit more in terms of taxes. Going back to rates that would still be lower than they were under Ronald Reagan, our deficit problems would be solved. And I could not get Republicans to go ahead and say, "You're right. We're gonna put country ahead of party."

The legislative branch could possibly be welcome to consider tax rates back to where they were under Ronald Reagan if our country were not 15 trillion deeper in debt (5 trillion and counting under Obama's watch) and bordering a depression with our economic engine stagflating at best. In oppostion to Obama's America, Uncle Sam after three years of Reagan was beaming with optimism as we embarked on a 25 year bull market which Reagan let fire on.

Obama is masterful at making straw man arguments, the following is another great example:

"A balanced approach means exactly what it says. It means it's balanced." I would love to see tax reform. And if we can get a commitment from the Republicans that they want to work on a serious tax reform package that makes sure that the wealthiest Americans are paying their fair share, that is simplifying the tax code, that is lowering rates, but by broadening the base, that's something I'm all for. It's part of my plan. But what we haven't seen is any serious movement on the other side."

Not only did the Simpson-Bowles Commission, a bipartisan committed formed by Obama to offer productive recommendations, have their findings ignored by Obama, several Republican offerings, most notably the plan put forth by Rep. Paul Ryan, R:WI, have been put forth for consideration. Obama does not find them "serious", which means he does not favor them, and therefore he acts as if nothing has been offered. Translation: Liar.

"I mean, the interesting thing is the majority of Republicans actually think we should have a balanced approach to deficit reduction, including tax increases for the wealthy."

am sure that may sound good to much of the 60 Minutes viewership, but if is false. Outside of a handful of RHINO's in the Senate, Republicans are strongly against a balanced approach (raising of taxes) to deficit reduction.

Although I could write 10,000 words tearing this interview apart, in closing comes a staggering comment of arrogance and elitism.

"I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president -- with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln -- just in terms of what we've gotten done in modern history."

Passing health care legislation was monumental, however on the destructive side in my view rather the constructive side as Obama sees it. Given the accomplishment, Obama sat the legislation out, turning over the construction of the framework to Nancy Pelosi and the Tides Foundation. Backhanded deal making and payoffs helped push it over the edge late, even though polls, now up to almost 65%, oppose it.

George W. Bush, when asked, said he would let history 30 years down the road grade his contribution as President. Obama, presiding over unquestionable decline, finds himself perhaps equal FDR, whose New Deal along with LBJ's Great Society are bankrupting the country, is arrogant to be sure, but he may have a point. We may not recover from Obama's destructive socialistic policies.

But for Obama to think he resides in the same thought as Abraham Lincoln, there is no doubt we have a delusional, narcissistic individual who feels welcome to state incorrect opinion as fact leading our country into deep and lasting decline.

Crashing Dreams Nationwide

A few months back, 60 Minutes rolled through greater Orlando highlighting the housing crisis and the high level of homelessness and the devastating impact it is having on families throughout the area. Scott Pelley and the crew made a return visit, which is really a must see. Please take a listen:



If your eyes aren't welling up after watching this report, you may want to have some pre-Whoville cocktails with the Grinch.

Sadly, this story could be told gazillions of times all across the country. This report is from my own community, and as a residential appraiser, I see several views of the damage on a daily basis.

Certainly, everyone had to be impressed with the Metzger children, and we all felt for the family who saw the abyss before reaching a life line. Local news reports suggest things have turned up for both families. Reportedly, Stetson University has offered the Metzger children scholarships and the family is now residing in a newly furnished condo, which now with Dad gaining employment as a Seminole County sanitation worker, they have a chance to make rental payments moving forward. We all wish them the best.

60 Minutes did a wonderful job chronicling the staggering level of homelessness on both these reports, except for one glaring omission. Biased no doubt, 60 Minutes failed to associate the reason for widespread homelessness; Uncle Sam's anemic job creation under our President, who has led a balanced and sustained attack on free markets small business job creators.

The Obama administration has hurled every program they can think of to stem foreclosures and protect families from losing their homes. A black hole of financial costs continue to saddle taxpayers, tying a ball and chain to families across America. Yes, Obama inherited a significant housing problem, but instead of employing free market principles to correct the problem, he did not let a crisis go to waste and expanded government, public sector employment, entitlements and our national debt to unsustainable levels. The byproduct of this is the crashing of our system, leaving government as the solution, which crashes dreams nationwide.

What has not been attempted, and I want to emphasize, by choice, would dramatically improve each of these major issues in a matter of a pair of years. The creation of private sector jobs.

Instead of promoting socialism, and yes we are quickly running out of everyone else's money, and attacking wealthy job creators and venture capitalists, an environment needs to be nurtured by the government that deletes unnecessary regulation, limits burdensome taxation, rewards risk takers and unleashes the entrepreneurial spirit of our nation.

A fully employed citizenry, with efficient markets, will balance out supply and demand and generate a healthy, growing economy that offers those who aspire to succeed the world at their fingertips. In addition, an employed workforce will continue to reach for higher levels of housing options, which will cure the housing market as inventories decline.

Free market capitalism is the best path to prosperity, and we need politicians who subscribe to that in office. Barack Obama is the antithesis of a subscriber of free markets and capitalism, so if you wish for these problems to get corrected, you must vote him, and his supporters, out of office.

Victims We All Know Well

It has been well documented, and I do not have to tell you, that the intervention of the government in the housing market has resulted in an economic disaster rivaling any of our day. Unfortunately, it is far from conclusion, and sadly, it was an orchestrated event.

The ripple affect of this catastrophe is simply mind boggling. Families being devastated by losing their is the face of the crisis, but the problems only begin there. Family wage earners have been caught in the tsunami of unemployment, smothering any attempts at digging out the hole. Home values have been decimated to such an extent that re-financing, even if qualified, is not an option.

Government intrusion is not the only culprit in this crash, with money center banks, fraudulent mortgage brokers and appraisers and Wall Street investors all playing a role. Certainly, although you will not read about in the media, let us not forget the American citizenry who bought homes they could not dream of affording.

On Sunday night, 60 Minutes presented a strong story on banks misrepresentation as part of their foreclosure efforts. Although 60 Minutes has presented a handful of stories on the housing crisis of late, they are quick to vilify Wall Street but never get around to placing any blame on government, or heaven forbid, President Obama. Perhaps Scott Pelley is unaware of the role of ACORN, who Obama remains closely associated with.

There are many victims, including those who have lost homes and jobs, who are close to each of us. Most, if not all the culprits, secured golden parachutes and remain free to wreak havoc on the next group of victims. Jamie Gorelick, Franklin Raines and Andrew Cuomo come to mind.

The amount of fraud in the housing crisis is staggering, and this piece details only one aspect of it, but it is well worth you taking time out to get brushed up how this fraud continues to haunt our lives.

Wake Up! Alarm Bell Ringing!

Did you see 60 Minutes last night?

I do not know what has gotten into the Obama loving crowd over there, but on the heels of a scathing report on unemployment last month, comes a very troubling piece on the day of reckoning facing the states.

Decades of irresponsibility, wreckless spending, far to excessive expenditures for entitlements and the refusal to slam the door in the face of unions have led many states to a critical time for choosing.

How bad is it? Meridith Whitney, who called the housing blow up, and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie are among those interviewed on the subject. A must watch:



The decisions facing the states are not only the states problem, but in the era of bailout nation, likely the United States problem well sooner than you may think. Christie, who is taking on the powerful unions and winning, has New Jersey on the right path, but California, who just re-elected many of left wing moonbats who put the Golden State in peril, continues to travel down a road leading them, and likely us as California is the eighth largest economy in the world, off the cliff.

Illinois was singled out as a economic catastrophe. The comptroller of the state minced no words in describing the deadbeat status of the Land of Lincoln. Unfortunately, Abraham Lincoln is no longer around to run things in Illinois, but among those who were, and helped put this state in such a horrendous economic condition, is none other than our champion of change himself, President Barack Obama. It is quite evident Obama is using many of the same policies that put Illinois in peril, most notably the transfer of wealth through entitlements, in his effort to rescue the United States in time of severe recession. I got a news flash for you. It will be unsuccessful.

These are not revenue problems, but are spending problems.

Whitney is someone worth listening to, and she is predicting historic defaults on municipal bonds, long ranked among the most stable investments with typically low levels of risk. Not anymore! Municipal bonds, or munis, are bonds sold by states, counties, cities and other political titles other than the federal government and are most often exempt from federal taxation. Although risk does vary on these instruments, the fear of widespread default has been rarely considered.

This is the other big crisis besides housing, and the scariest part, says Whitney, is the level of complacency. Oh good! Everyone is re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic! Dump bonds if you still have them and buy commodities.

Chris Christies said the credit cards have reached their limit, and there is no money available in New Jersey. Few in Washington recognize this as the federal government continues attempts at spending us into irrevocable debt, but help may be on the way. A newly elected batch of conservative Tea Party Patriot Republicans are coming, and once things get set on track in Jersey, a true conservative leader with economic insight and some chutzpah may come in 2012 in Chris Christie.

Lead, follow or get out of the way!

99ers Boxed In

Nationally, not withstanding the ineffective and harmful moves by the Obama administration, high unemployment levels remain an anchor on the recovery effort of the economy.

Congress has expanded the time frame for unemployment benefits to 99 weeks, but since each of the moves made by the administration, from raising taxes to expanding regulatory burdens, have placed barriers on small business creation and expansion, the economy remains in borderline contraction.

Few places have been hit harder than California. Last night, 60 Minutes ran a simply devastating story on the unemployment situation, centering around California towns in Silicon Valley. This is a must see piece:



The benefits are about to run out for many of these folks. Unfortunately, since rather than creating an environment for business to prosper, the government has expanded regulatory constraints, raised taxes and created uncertainty going forward on what steps they will take to further control the lives of the people.

It seems those in charge are following the Cloward & Piven playbook, crashing the system and forcing the people to turn to government for the answers. In California, those in charge would include arrogant left wing Senator Barbara Boxer.



It appears much of the nation is ready to throw out of office many of these types, but polls indicate that California may re-elect nanny state supporters. It has not worked well for the Golden State, which is borderline bankrupt. In the case of Barbara Boxer, opposing her is a candidate with prime business experience in Carly Fiorina.

Time is up California. No extension of the unemployment benefits past 99 weeks. Put arrogant Senator Boxer to rest, elect Fiorina, and Meg Whitman for that matter, and get some jobs created!
