Things have set themselves up nicely for The Red River War this weekend as Texas faces Oklahoma at the Texas State Fair in Dallas. I'll go with OU......Missouri dismantled Nebraska as I unfortunately was fearfull of......Vanderbilt has been knocking at the door for a few seasons now and seems prepared now to match a defense with their offense. Look for them in a bowl this year.....Ball State has cracked my Top 25, and the are deserving. I saw them in person in 2007 and behind quarterback Nate Harris, they are stout on offense.......Arkansas has major issues, but so does Florida; what happened to their offense?.....Florida State got a vital win over Miami......Notre Dame is not very good but may win 9 games....Between OU, Oklahoma State and Tulsa, the state of Oklahoma is undefeated and averaging over 50 points per game.....North Carolina, with their starting QB out for weeks, could win the ACC Coastal and look for them about 2009 preseason 10th.....Maryland followed up a nice start with a egg laying at Virginia....Wake Forest faces Clemson on Thursday with the loser in real trouble in the ACC.....Florida may not have enough in the trenches to tackle LSU, even at home.....Tennessee is in free fall.
