Lessons Learned From Giuliani

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, well known for his masterful performance under the extreme duress of the terrorists attacks on September 11, 2001, brought New York City back from excessive crime and massive budgetary shortfalls.

The issues Giuliani faced in NYC are not to scale of what the Obama administration currently faces. However, Giuliani's tenure does provide a blueprint for success that can be examined, and unfortunately, the Obama administration is going a different direction.
