Crazy 8 Voting Guide

The November mid term election is fast approaching, and polling evidence suggests a significant victory by the Republicans, as well it should given the calamity caused by the Democratic Congress and the Socialist in Chief.

I have already proclaimed I will not be supporting any Democratic candidates. However, given my vast readership all across the fruited plain, I felt compelled to issue a voters guide, highlighting in no particular order eight individuals that in no way deserve your vote. No need to consult your Magic 8 ball, just read on.

California's Barbara Boxer.

Among the most arrogant moon bat leftists around, Boxer harbors a complete disdain for the US military, as do most on the left. An exchange Boxer had with Brigadier General Micheal Walsh earlier this year should give clear indication that even if you subscribe to her positions, you cannot allow this level of arrogance to have governing power: Please review:

Connecticut's Richard Bluementhal.

Not only did this guy lie repeatedly about his military service before being caught, as AG of Connecticut he launched a government assault on AIG workers, without being able to cite under which law he had the power to act. Again, the lack principles that would allow an acting attorney general to act without understanding his governing authority displays an incompetent official drunk on his power. An interview with Glenn Beck is simply astonishing:

New York's Andrew Cuomo.

I could go on for days about this individual. As NY AG Cuomo felt compelled to act in response to the national housing crisis by spearheading the HVCC Home Code of Conduct, which has destroyed the residential real estate appraisal business. Even CNBC's Jim Cramer sounded the alarm about Cuomo's activities in 2007. That Cuomo got the political establishment behind him on this is mind boggling, since, as outlined by Doug Ross in an outstanding compilation of Cuomo's history titled "The Architect of Ruin", Cuomo was a central player in causing the housing crisis. After reading the piece, no sane individual could cast a ballot for him, no matter how crazy Carl Paladino may or may not be. Curtis Sliwa, in very entertaining fashion, throws Cuomo under the bus. Here is Cuomo and HUD Secretary is his own words detailing his involvement in the sub prime crisis.

Nevada Senator Harry Reid.

Nevada is in dire straits as the housing crisis has decimated the state. Meanwhile, as Senate Majority Leader, Reid has been a vocal supporter and leader of the implementation of the socialistic transformation of America under President Obama. During the Bush Administration, this disgraceful idiot found time to degrade our troops, incorrectly call the surge a failure and throw in the towel in the war in Iraq. In his own words:

New York's Charlie Rangel.

For a guy who helped write the tax code, it seems implausible he forgot to pay taxes on several real estate properties he forgot he owned. I own residential real estate properties and would be in the gray bar hotel if I played that game. In yet another sickening display of arrogance, Rangel thinks the rules do not apply to him and is quite content gaming the system in his favor. As if that is not bad enough, his attitude when confronted on these subjects is not becoming a representative of this country. In his own words:

Massachusetts Democratic Congressman Barney Frank.

Perhaps the individual most responsible for the housing crisis is Barney Frank. As Chairman of the House Banking Committee, Frank oversaw the government sponsored entities Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Continuously over the last decade, Frank publicly championed the accomplishments for Fannie & Freddie repeatedly, all the while they were imploding. Since i think we can conclude Frank is not incompetent, one has to wonder if he and his counterpart, Senator Chris Dodd (D:CT), should be in federal lockup. The scandal ridden Frank must be sent packing. Frank's opponent, Sean Bielat, put out this outstanding ad highlighting the timeline:

Florida's Charlie Crist.

I voted for Charlie Crist, a Republican, for Governor of Florida. Since his election, a troubling trend of trolling for advancement became apparent as he positioned himself aboard the John McCain bandwagon hoping for the VP slot. Crist, behind his enthusiastic support of McCain, helped the Maverick gain a surprising win in Florida, an unfortunate development in the Florida primary. After the victory of Obama, Crist then openly began supporting Obama policies, most notably the stimulus package, and announced his run for the US Senate. Crist, getting crushed by Marco Rubio in the primary, after pledging not to do so, became an independent and has now targeted the Tea Party members as extremist he will stand against. Well, I stand firmly against him. Fortunately, it appears so does the majority of Florida. Upon losing, I expect Crist to take a spot in the Obama administration, where he belongs, at least until the wind turns east.

Florida Congressman Alan Grayson.

I cannot think of a public servant who employs such a disrespectful opinion of, not only his fellow members of Congress, but of his constituency as Grayson. Not only in the course of a campaign, but in everyday action, his rhetoric and decorum is simply disgraceful. Grayson buys into the socialistic policies of Obama and Pelosi, but beyond that, has done nothing but insult those of us here in Central Florida. The first vote I cast on November 2 will be for his opponent, Daniel Webster. Recent news stories indicated the Democratic party has pulled funding from him, declaring his race over. As the Captain said, Can I get an AMEN! Looks like the tenure of Grayson as our Congressman will thankfully die quickly.

Under The Shoe of The Congress

I am at a loss to explain how my fellow Central Floridians could have voted into office Alan Grayson.

I have hammered him on many occasions, but aside from his position on the issues, which I am at odds with, he is the most disrespectful public servant towards his colleagues on the other side and more importantly, his constituency.

Certainly, I wlll be eagerly supporting his opponent, Daniel Webster. Not that I am a huge Webster supporter, but I would support Mickey Mouse over Grayson. Minnie as well.

We should all be embarrassed by Grayson, who fails miserably at civil discourse. In addition, we should also demand better, and we will get that when Webster takes the seat November 2. I hope you will help Webster do just that.

November A Time To Remember

The folks over at Remember November have put out an outstanding video highlighting 11 things voters should remember when they go to vote in November.

To think a majority of our citizens voted these idiots into office is mind boggling, and quite troubling.

Residing in my district is perhaps the most arrogant and disrespectful of them all, Alan Grayson.

Our country is literally facing a time of choosing, and this midterm election could be a crucial point in the course of our country going forward.

I will remember the incompetence, the arrogance and the complete lack of respect of the constituency exhibited by these progressive, disrespectful public servants. I will vote to take out Grayson first.

Marine Blasts Congressman

There is a long list of evidence of the left loathing our US Military, from Senator John Murtha calling them out at Haditha, Senator Barbara Boxer disrespecting a Brigadier General to President Barack Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder seeking prosecution of those who kept us safe in the scary aftermath of 9-11.

We are in a major battle for this country right now from enemies and thugs within. While I have been to the local tea parties, I have yet to make a town hall meeting with my Congressman, Alan Grayson, who I have very little regard for.

If I were to attend and get the microphone, it may go something like it did with this Marine.

Unlike many of our elected officials, I thank this Marine for his service and I stand firmly behind him.

Congressional Idiots Assault Prosperity

While we were debating, or being told about, health care, the other hand was hard at work rushing the newest piece of legislation down our throat, and this will be particularly painful. The largest tax increase in the history of the United States was narrowly passed by the House of Representatives yesterday, so get ready to shell out some cash for a monster shell game Bernie Madoff would be proud of. All in the name of global warming, which is the greatest hoax of all time.

Most folks are barely getting by these days as it is, due to the fallout of the housing crisis, caused in large part by you know who. Now, due to this nonsense, prices, particularly for energy, are set to "skyrocket" and slap silly any chance of a powerful economic comeback.

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner testified that "we can't address the problems with climate change or our dependence on foreign oil without changing the incentive people face for how they use energy". I reject the whole premise since I do not concur there are problems with global warming or climate change. These bozos don't know if it is going to rain 2 hours from now, and while looking out the window, neither do I.

Incentives do work, and given the complete idiocy of our dependence on foreign oil, why are we not drilling off our coasts? What this cap and trade legislation will do is incentivize people and firms to use less energy, and guess what, that means less production and less output, translating to lower profits, fewer jobs, less competition and a contracting economy. Sounds great!

On a side bar, remember those on left pining for the perp walks of those in charge over at Houston based Enron. Have yourself a look at portions of the business model of Enron and the cap and trade legislation. Notice any similarities?

I was going to ask my local representative about it, but historical evidence indicates that might not go well.

I will work as hard as I can to defeat the idiots supporting this bill when the next election comes around, particularly my local representative, Alan Grayson. Not only am I opposed to his line of thinking, I think his conduct is appalling.

Send Grayson on Permanent Vacation

Fresh off the debacle otherwise known as the Pay for Performance Act of 2009 , Orlando Congressman Alan Grayson (D) has offered another idiotic proposal, the Paid Vacation Act. This legislation would be the first to make paid vacation a requirement under federal law.

The birth of this legislation dawned on Grayson while he was at Disney World. As a shareholder of the company (DIS:NYSE), I appreciate his patronage but with the nations economic status crumbling, one might suspect he had more pressing obligations. Apparently not.

Grayson commented he thought vacations would stimulate the economy. It might stimulate Disney and surrounding tourist places like Sea World, rental car companies and the surrounding hotels, but it would would be a regulatory anchor on companies efforts to produce a quality product while growing their business. Grayson, who cited vacation time as reasoning why the Euro is rising against the Dollar, has his lack of understanding of economics at display yet again.

Incentives work! Both ways. If these financial constraints, such as Graysons pending legislation, continue to be placed on businesses, they will be forced to hire less workers, which would restrict the amount of product produced. It would also likely lessen the profit margin of what is produced as efficiency is reduced, which would harm the ability of the company to grow, potentially costing jobs. This, ultimately, would also limit supply which would then force prices up. It is the equivalent of a tax, and when you tax something, you get less of it.

Noted in the story at Politico.com was that the United States was dead last in mandatory vacation, with France leading the way. The story failed to mention that the US is first in output (over 4 times that of France) and that France has historically high unemployment and had workers rioting within the past few years. I certainly do not aspire the United States to become the economic equivalent of France, but I fear many do.

A seemingly obvious economic principle bears repeating. There is no free lunch. Vacationers on their employers expense may think there is, but someone is paying the cost, and in the end it is the consumer.

There’s a reason why Disney World is the happiest place on Earth: The people who go there are on vacation,” said Grayson. “Honestly, as much as I appreciate this job and as much as I enjoy it, the best days of my life are and always have been the days I’m on vacation.” So, fellow Orlandoans, lets put him on permanent vacation during the next elections. But then again, it looks like he already is vacationing on our dime.

Abusive Politicos Frog Strangled on FOX

Those pesky AIG bonuses continue to dominate the news cycle. Thankfully for us, the usual political factions are hard at work protecting the good of the people. Or are they? Don't be fooled. Glenn Beck absolutely destroys Connecticut Attorney General Richard Bluementhal, who has the AIG bonus recipients covered dead to right but has no idea what his own Congressman Barney Frank has been up to. Don't miss this exchange:

Beck further blasted Barney Frank again today, and you have to wonder how Frank continues to be elected given his incompetence. Take a listen:

Earlier today, I read an outstanding piece over at Capm's Blog on an approved measure out of the House Financial Services Committee, chaired by our fearless idiot at large, Barney Frank (D:MA) called the "Pay for Performance Act of 2009." As Captain points out, this bill was written by our Congressman, Alan Grayson (D:FL). Captain accurately describes Grayson, who made his fortune suing the likes of Haliburton (HAL:NYSE) over defense contracts, as the sleazy political novice that he is, but then Grayson showed up on Fox Business's Cavuto with FOX Business Chief Neil Cavuto. Ladies and Gentleman, this was not pretty:

Let it be known to all abusive politicians trying to hoodwink the public; some folks are still blinded by the Obama rhetorical rise, but the ship is already sinking and the abusive arrogance on display will be challenged. In the event you have not got the memo, we surround you and you will hear from us!

Who Let The Dogs Out

Last summer, as the price of a barrel of crude oil topped out at $147 a barrel, there was public clamoring for the oil companies profits to be taken and redistributed to the public. How dare a company like Exxon Mobil make records profits while the country is in economic peril. The above picture, part of a campaign piece produced by left wing congressional contender Alan Grayson, who unfortunately defeated Ric Keller in my Orlando district, credits the hometown Orlando Slantinel as a cheerleader for this kind of rhetoric. Idoits at large in my view!

Forget that the rise in oil was an economic phenomenon, perhaps a byproduct of the historical expansion of India and the pre-Olympic China. Arm chair economists like myself predicted oil would retrace to $75 per barrel. For the record, I did not see it falling into the $30 area. However, it was declared immoral for these oil companies, roughly generating a profit margin of about 10%, to continue to rape the public in this fashion. Educating the idiots, two well known companies, Microsoft (MSFT:NASDAQ) and Coca Cola (KO:NYSE), have profit margins in the 20% range.

That was a nice run the oil companies supposedly had, but what about now, with oil at $40 a barrel. Times ain't pretty, as we find out from Royal Dutch Shell (RDSA:LN) who produced their first quarterly loss in 10 years. You ain't going far without these oil companies, so I would caution about celebrating their demise.

I know where you can shift your anger, as I know of a company kickin the crap out it while we are in these horrendous economic times, and with a profit margin far exceeding that of the oil companies. When you go there to protest, grab yourself a Big Mac! That right, McDonalds (MCD:NYSE) reported record earnings.

Where is the public outcry about the obscene profits the Golden Arches are posting? I have not heard the dogs barking? Cat got your tongue? Oh, shut the pie hole, or rather, stuff it at Mc'Ds. If Preston Parker is blocking the drive thru, join the festivities in the dining room, where CNN is on flat screens and the capitalism will make you sick. I hear they even have a hotel for dogs for you to sleep it off!

Furthermore, the charitable foundation McDonalds operates is a blueprint for philanthropy, again stating the case that those who have money after taxes do profitable and charitable things with their profits, like creating jobs and opportunities and helping others. What a concept!

For us hard working Americans, we will grab a happy meal cause we deserve a break today; at McDonalds. Be sure to chase it with a refreshing Coca Cola! I'm Lovin It!

I AM A SHAREHOLDER OF MCDONALDS AND COCA COLA AND FORMERLY OF MICRSOFT

Get A Life!

Right here in lovley Conway, from a point about 45 days out, my family and I did have a McCain-Palin sign in our front yard, as pictured at left. Someone did try to damage it, but we repaired the sign and placed it right back in the yard. Our neigborhood had a 60-40 advantage McCain-Palin.

But, in a neighboring subdivison, good grief, did this person overwhelmingly want some change!
