Deal of the Century
Utilizing the brilliance of the editorial cartoons of Investors Business Daily's Michael Ramirez, a summarization of the Iran nuclear deal is presented in far greater eloquence and brevity than I could muster.


Obviously, I cannot stand President Obama, finding him an arrogant, bitter, spiteful and racist individual; down right evil at times and an opponent of America as founded. But make no mistake, Obama is not an idiot nor does he not know what he is doing.
Rather, he is an intelligent ideologue who fields off what limited questions of relevancy he receives as illegitimate, supported by a complicit and propagandist mainstream media who move the subject away with swiftness, discrediting opponents in orchestration. That is great work if you can get it, and astonishingly, he's got it.
However, if the synopsis presented by Martin Armstrong has merit, it would explain quite a bit. As Armstrong accurately states, "Whenever there is some political deal, it is NEVER what they present to the public with such magnanimous fanfare. There is always a hidden agenda".
No doubt!
However, to consider that Obama has turned the middle east upside down and reached out to both Cuba and Iran to squeeze Russia, drawing Russia closer to China is quite a reach. If it is what is at play, it is a enormously dangerous gamble, one with a loss that could catapult the United States to the "ash heap of history" Reagan described.
It is noted, however, that according to billionaire hedge fund manager Paul Singer says China is collapsing, noting their upcoming crash as "way bigger than subprime". Russia is also under duress, with reports of coup d'état activities in recent months.
Caliphate is the real objective. Obama does not hold America in high regard, and wishes to establish a caliphate in the middle east, a Greater Syria if you will, similar to the old Ottoman Empire. It would appear Obama seeks Iran to be host country, as a Muslim nation rises to superpower status while America is weakened from within in orchestrated fashion by a president gone rogue.
ISIS is doing the dirty work of cleansing, and out enemy within is now assisting in the development of a nuclear weapon for Iran and financing through Iran terrorist groups like HAMAS and Hezbollah.
The United States was placed in great peril with this deal, and future citizens will die due to this utterly despicable and irresponsible act by a brazen president acting outside or historical avenues of legislation. The Congress, which has allowed his reckless behavior, should also bear responsibility.
Elections have consequences, and with the presidential election of 2012, those consequences will be deadly for future generations, In fact, this could unravel so quickly, it might by you and I fully engaged before the next generation gets the chance.
With this action of aiding and abetting the enemy, coupled with the endangerment of the American people, treason is charged and once again, I call for the immediate impeachment of President Obama.

GOP Lost Land of Lincoln
Although the GOP collected landslide victories in 2010 and 2014, the executive branch is slapping the legislative branch silly. The country solidly believes we are on the wrong track, yet not only are the GOP feeble in stopping Obama, they are working with him. It is Animal Farm coming to life.
Immigration, Obamacare, TPP, gun control, gay marriage, Common Core, you name it, they have no strategy or leadership plan to diminish in scope, much less defeat, any of Obama's transformative ambitions.
I have not heard any real substantive push back while Obama falls over himself to foster a deal with the champion of dishonest nations, Iran, and have not read a credible GOP plan for stopping ISIS.
"In a single week we have seen the Congress surrender its legislative authority through fast-track, we have seen the Court rewrite the dictionary to protect Obamacare, and we have seen unelected judges rewrite the Constitution in order to impose the will of five on 300 million" said Sen. Jeff Sessions, R:AL.
It is beyond comprehension. Nobody can be completely sold on the idea the GOP is this inept, so we are only left to conclude, that outside of perhaps about 25 of them, inclusive of Sen. Sessions, the GOP is quite comfortable with the wreckless, anti-American actions of our President.
The GOP has perished, with no more political battles pretend to lose while clandestinely supporting. The land of Lincoln, and the party perhaps our greatest president helped form, has been lost, defeated seemingly without a fight.
Moving forward, for whatever it is sadly worth, we will be ejecting from the broken system and voting accordingly.

A Despicable Representative of the People

While America had hoped the citizens of Nevada would have handled this in previous elections, with a significant war chest boisterously buoyed by waves of corruption, Reid has always held off would be challengers.
Now, it appears his health has gotten the best of him. While we wish no political individual ill will in a personal sense to any of those we disagree with politically, we cheer the departure of Sen. Reid, whom we deem a despicable representative of the people.
Sen. Reid is an arrogant liar, with limited respect for the checks and balances instilled by our founders who found the success and advancement of himself and those he supports above the will and future prosperity of the American people. Reid lied on the Senate floor, slandering GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney about having not paid taxes, and assaulted the Koch brothers for no apparent reason.
The damage he has done leading the senate, prohibiting legislation from being voted on and paralyzing the will of the people, is staggering. Beyond that, time and time again, Reid has exhibited disdain for our military. You may recall he said the surge in Iraq was failure and the war was lost.
As we have previously posted, Senator Reid is reprehensible and rancid and the type of individual without a moral compass our founders warned us about.
Supposedly Reid had an early January accident in his home, giving him a shiner to behold; however, that may not be quite true either. Perhaps somebody put five across his eyeball?
While Reid may indeed be in failing health, and many have noticed he has appeared to slip in recent months, could it be that there is anticipation of the GOP holding the White House and the Congress, which may lead to investigations of the mounting evidence of Reid's actions which beg an ethics inquiry?
History will not be kind to this despicable representative of the people. The citizens of Nevada should have booted him years ago, and thanks to their ineptitude, our nation must suffer much of the consequences.

Poll Queston Lacks Adequate Answers
An excellent source of information regarding the mortgage industry is found in The MReport. The MReport, self described as the pulse of the mortgage banking industry, covers the always changing components of the industry, directed by both the public and private sectors.
In an effort to grab the pulse of the readership, which is mostly comprised of professionals within the mortgage, appraisal and real estate industries, The MReport presents a poll regarding topics of current interest within the industry.
One such poll caught my eye recently, and led me down a road which elevated my blood pressure. Please see the following poll of the week, which asks what the "best course of action for the Congress to take to help improve the housing market."
I do not know who writes the polling questions for The MReport; however, I would assume it is a member of their staff of writers, reporters or editors. In review of the potential answers, one of two observations must be noted:
Either those comprised of writing the questions are borderline clueless on economic theory, or they are well familiar with economic theory and seek to nudge the readership into the acceptance that governmental interference, or as they apparently see it, helpful interaction, is a requirement in some form or fashion.
I find this troubling to say the least. For those of us who champion free market capitalism, which would include our Founders I might add, there would be a few answer alternatives which we would respectfully submit. Submitted for your review are the following:
- Government should, at the earliest possible opportunity, exit participation in the mortgage industry, and allow the free market to find equilibrium and function in full efficiency.
- Refrain from extensive regulatory action within the industry, eliminating attempts at engineering social justice through shaking down banks.
- Retract Dodd-Frank, which has had significant negative affects on the banking industry, curtailing loan ability and strongly reduced the quantity demanded of potential buyers.
- Retract The Home Value Code of Conduct, an anti free market control mechanism cast over the appraisal industry, which has had a historic ripple effect on negativism on the industry.
Immediately, several steps could be taken which give rise to employment and consumer confidence, providing a jolt to the anemic current growth levels. Among those would be the reduction of the corporate tax rate and regulatory actions, both those employed through legislation and those implemented by executive order. Retract all governmental interaction within the markets employed in the aftermath of the financial crisis, including the newly formed Consumer Protection Bureau.
Actions deemed supportive of a stronger workforce, the raising of the minimum wage and the new ordering of overtime payment, actually are an impediment to employment and negatively affect the marketplace and should be thwarted immediately.
Of all the ill-conceived actions interjected in the marketplace, with or without legislation, without question the most harmful to economic growth and prosperity is the implementation of Obamacare. It fails in its publicized objective and is nothing short of a job killer, cutting freedom and prosperity off at the pass.
With such common sense applications at the finger tips of of Congress, it is apparent that the objective is not to provide elements for increasing productivity and prosperity of the governed, but in fact to implement through taxation, legislation and sadly coercion increasing control over those for whom the Congress is charged with governing.
Quoting Reagan again, "I hope we have once again reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There's a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts."
Our government lacks adequate leadership at this time, with encroachment of freedom joined by mounting financial and geopolitical problems. Under Obama, government is not only far from limited, but is both legally and illegally seizing power over the citizenry, and predictably, liberty, along with prosperity, is contracting.
Sadly, in a nation drowning in a sea of irrelevance, few recognize the dear gift being taken from them right in front of their eyes. It should be noted that Reagan was right; "Government is not a solution to our problem; government is the problem."

Hot Dog Weiner Burnt

Both Pelosi and Winer are frauds.
Remember the little nerd in your high school who constantly ran his mouth and seemed to always be cruisin for a brusin? Enter Weiner, who arrogantly ran his trap incessantly.
Weiner utilized his position to engage in attack of enemies of the left, and the example of him publicly berating and holding Congressional hearings on FOX News Glenn Beck his sponsorship relationship with Goldline. Unemployment is through the roof, and this is what Weiner is up to when he is not tweeting his harem. Keep in mind, Weiner is a progressive who thinks he can make responsible decisions for you better than you can.
It is bad enough that as a sitting Congressman, with the country seemingly on fire, Weiner acted in this fashion and put himself in position to be blackmailed by nefarious enemies of the US, but he spent the better part of a week lying to colleagues, the news media, the American people and it appears his family.
While the so called mainstream media is asleep at the switch, it is actual newsmen like Briebart who break stories and function as the watchdogs of our out of control government. Weiner, in fact, singled out Andrew Breibart as the individual who supposedly "hacked" his Twitter account. Like most everything coming out of Weiner's pie hole, that is a lie.
Incredibly, it is Briebart getting hammered the mainstream media, with The Daily Kos leading much of the Soros media in the attack. The vicious attacks do not end with Weiner. The San Francisco Chronicle questioned whether Briebart is a gay guy in the closet?
Prior to Weiner's scheduled news conference Monday, where he lied yet again, Briebart had enough and highjacked the podium seeking vindication.
Those not attacking Briebart are swing a big stick in support of the Congressman. Formerly respected Barbara Walters lamented that if Sarah Palin could go out on a bus tour promoting America, then Weiner could "get away with this and remain a US Congressman." Rather than Weiner being a scumbag, Walters said today that perhaps it was Viagra that caused his actions. Both Weiner and Walters are idiots.
From the moment I heard of the upcoming news conference, I knew this arrogant blow hard would not resign. Democrats rarely if ever do, as pointed out by Gateway Pundit.
I suspect Weiner may have legal troubles which lie ahead which could lead him to resign. At any rate, his teeth are removed. With Weiner effectively silenced, Debbie Wasserman Schultz is the leader of the Progressive hit squad, and she thinks Weinergate is no big deal. Go figure!

The Company He Keeps
It has been a busy week. Did you get your brackets filled out? Get all the accommodations made made on the next of your monthly vacations? Me neither.
We were all scratching our heads on the apparent dithering going on as President Obama watched as Colonel Muammar Gaddafi blasted rebels in country, threatening to cleanse them. While we are not the policemen of the world, but we do expect a level of leadership from our Commander in Chief.
While the world is seemingly on fire, what with our great friends in Japan suffering unparalleled disaster and the middle east in significant turmoil, Obama got all this done. He is all Rock Talk Jayhawk to cut the nets down.
Our response to the crisis in Japan is most troubling, as is most of the significant moves made by Obama. Beyond that, however, is a much more serious matter, and that has to deal with the action undertaken in Libya. I know what you are thinking, and you are right. But there is more.

We were not getting that leadership in this case. Why? It is not hard to come to a conclusion. Obama may claim he is not tight with Rev. Jeremiah Wright or Louis Farrakhan, but he is, and these guys are friends with Gaddafi. So while Obama will claim publicly Gaddafi "has to go", he will sit out the affair.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was reportedly incensed by the failure of Obama to make a decision in this matter, but she knows the real story. Already this week, we have heard in the media that Hillary would have been better as President in this arena, even from Rudy Giuliani. As I have written before, tread most carefully on that score.
France, leaders in absolutely nothing but surrender over the years, took the lead under President Nikolas Sarkozy to form a coalition to enter into military action against Libya. After getting the United Nations on board, Obama had no choice but to reluctantly go along.
Now, Obama has got a whole slew of issues that extend far beyond the lack of any orchestrated plan of action in Libya. First, by not consulting the Congress, did Obama act outside his constitutional authority in attacking Libya? J. B. Williams over at American Thinker makes that case.
In fact, Obama has been very effective at operating outside of Congress, from the appointing of the Czars early in his administration to enforcing cap and trade measures through the office of the EPA.
With the military action, Obama's base of support, including Wright and Farrakhan, have issued stern rhetoric his way. Weasel Zippers has more on Farrakhan. Certainly, all the left wing moon bats and George Soros led organizations will be up in arms over such action, or is that just when George W. Bush is in office? Will they turn on him?
The real story here is Obama is not against Gaddafi as you and I are. Obama is on the side of Wright and Farrakahn, who share the same beliefs as Gaddafi. The actions of France, France mind you, put Obama in a reluctant position of acting. Otherwise, one would expect, even given our media, reasonable questions regarding his beliefs in the role of America in the world would be put forth.
The real answer to those questions is not the same answers you and I would give. Any sound thought on the subject would draw this conclusion. You can learn volumes about someone by the company they keep. With Obama, it is not E. F. Hutton, Great Britain and Japan; it is Venezuela and the likes of Gaddafi, Farrakahn and his nation of Islam, and the Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

Global Food Fight
Although I have never met Microsoft's (MSFT:NASDAQ) Bill Gates, he is someone I have always liked and respected. Furthermore, Gates, a close friend of Warren Buffett, is a board member of Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B:NYSE), of which I am a shareholder.
About the time the H1N1 virus was the talk of the town, I came across this video of Bill Gates discussing ways to reduce the onslaught of global warming. I have always thought global warming was a hoax and a vehicle for the global transfer of wealth, but the content of this video I found very troubling. Take a listen:
Now, I know years of Bud Lite consumption has indeed killed a lot of my brain cells, but did I in fact hear Gates discuss, in an effort to combat global warming, curbing population growth through vaccination?
I think I heard it right. Certainly, it seems apparent that the Gates Foundation does great work in fighting hunger and educating women on birth control among other things through innovations in health in the third world. However, I am uncomfortable with Gates, or anyone else, including governments, deciding who is fit for existence and potentially eliminating those deemed not worthy by vaccination, born or unborn. But really, could this could not possibly be as potentially nefarious as it sounds?
Unfortunately, yes.
I will give Gates and his foundation the benefit of the doubt, but many organizations and individuals have been on this bandwagon for years, including some well known people, such as playwright George Bernard Shaw.
As an arm of the completely worthless United Nations, we find the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) which seeks to regulate over population through various ways. Throughout time, it seems the socialists thrive on using fear driven by a crisis of the imagination such as the myth of overpopulation and now the greatest hoax in history, global warming.
Back in January, with the United States economy in freefall, Hillary Clinton announced the launch of a new program, the Global Health Initiative, which will, and I quote, become "the centerpiece of U.S. foreign policy". The focus will be to improve family planning and prevent pregnancies. The centerpiece of our foreign policy, mind you.
This past week, Congress, uncharacteristically moving at warp speed, passed the Food Safety Modernization Act. Come again? Are there issues with our food I am unaware of? Glenn Beck has some thoughts on that.
The global warming alarmists, a group basically engaged in stealing the wealth of our country to spread it around to third world countries under the imminent threat of the demise of the world due to global warming, met last week in Cancun, Mexico. Certainly during afternoon recesses, the conference attendees were not afraid of escalating water levels while sunbathing. Anyhow, scientists at the event called for rationing in developed world. To cap off the event, academics called for much tougher measures to cut carbon emissions.
Anytime we have academics and intellectual elites attempting to dictate governmental policy, particularly on inflated claims of an emergency, it is an immediate threat to free market capitalism, which is our best path to prosperity.
With the recent elections here in the United States, efforts by this crowd face much stronger opposition. The socialists smell blood in the water, and I fear they will pull out every stop, including violence, to attempt to create chaos and further their radical agenda. Should chaos in the form of civil disobedience rule the day, seemingly legitimate cries for the government to assist will be made.
Think again. This plays right into the hands of the socialist movement. Freedom is under attack! Under the premise of an emergency, the government will seize power and chunks of our freedom will lost to the ash bin of history. As Ronald Reagan said, Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free

It is unfortunately apparent that the history of The United States of America is being forgotten, and in many cases, rewritten.
It is our responsibility to re-engage and bring ourselves up to speed, since before we can aim to dictate the course of America going forward, we must understand how we got here.

Idiots at Large
On April 1, 2010, we got word, and video, The United States hit a new low, demonstrating quite effectively that idiots are running this country right into the ground. Are you trying to kid me? No, this was not an April fools joke; you can't make this stuff up. What a complete idiot!
Johnson, a member of the progressive caucus, should immediately resign his office due to stupidity. In addition to being a moron, Johnson is also a hypocrite. Johnson responded to the State of the Union address by President George W. Bush in 2007 by saying "This war has proven to be one of the gravest missteps in the recent history of our country. It is time for President Bush to face the music and respond to the urgent demands of a frustrated country."
With Tea Party participants far outnumbering anti Iraq war protesters, has anyone heard Congressman Johnson ask President Obama to "face the music and respond to the urgent demands of a frustrated country"? I did not think so.
Johnson replaced Cynthia McKinney, who is perhaps the all time moonbat queen in Congressional history.
Our country is being run, in large measure, by a bunch of absolute idiots. Although we get the governing we deserve by electing these folks, there is something that should be done immediately to help set up a road block on the avenue of electing idiots.
We need to reverse the gerrymandered congressional districts, going back to a collection of neighboring zip codes. While some of the districts make no sense and are almost comical, they also are putting the country at risk. President Bush offered commentary on the subject in 2008, noting that these types of districts polarize the Congress and foster incumbency.
By continuing along with the gerrymandered districts, without term limits, we will continue to have less than stellar, and downright embarrassing, representation among our elected officials. Look no further than Congressman Johnson, and his predecessor, Ms. McKinney, idiots at large, for the devastating evidence.

A Bunn In The Oven
On the way to emergency legislation to give yet another extension of the federal extended unemployment benefits, which include the COBRA health insurance subsidy, the upper chamber of the Senate was thrown a high flying curve ball by Senator Jim Bunning, (R:KY). Bunning has apparently drawn a line in the sand due to what is known as the "paygo" rule, which is aimed at fiscal responsibility, claiming this new $10 billion needs to be paid for before being enacted. While Democrats, such as Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, (D:IL), who is just horrendous, are boiling mad at Bunning, his own party is not backing him either. Bunning has so upset the left that some unemployment groups want Bunning, a towering pitcher and who threw a perfect game in 1964 for the Philadelphia Phillies, removed from the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame.
The extension of job benefits is quite a problem, and with the federal government quickly running out of money, these extensions cannot just be rubber stamped. Although the leaders of Congress fail to recognize it, they are in large measure responsible for the events that led to this dangerous level of unemployment (see previous post) and are impeding the process of recovery by the implementation of idiotic economic policy.
I frequently stop in a 7-11 for a Coca Cola (KO:NYSE) where across the street sits an unemployment and Social Security building. Recently, the parking lot of the 7-11 has been has been on overflow as the overwhelming amount of visitors from across the street seek parking. The other day, I witnessed a Caucasian would be rapper, far from short on jewelry, who jumped out of his Cadillac and proceeded to join the security patrolled group of folks waiting in line in the parking lot.
Certainly, there many workers who are actively searching for a decent job, finding little if anything to work with. Others, are gaming the system and want to ride for free on the back of the federal government, and us taxpayers. Unfortunately, it appears the governmental leaders are attempting to crash the system, so therefore a significant decrease in the unemployment rate is not on the horizon.
The federal government is not in a position to fail to extend these benefits, so Congress will get it done one way or another retroactive to today. It is appropriate for someone, in this case Bunning, to call out the Congress for their hypocrisy. It certainly seems the Obama administration and the Congress feel compelled to continue to push their socialistic agenda, with items like Cap and Trade and Health Care reform, rather than focus on the extremely serious problems at hand in our economy. They appear willing to try every concept involving the intervention of our government into the marketplace but seem unwilling to consider free market based avenues, which, incidentally, will work.
Look for the situation to fail to improve, and we are likely looking at another leg down. With the expiration of the Bush tax cuts slated for 2011, investors are taking action now which could cause 2011 to be much worse than anticipated. Someone once said, "It's the economy stupid". It would serve President Obama, and the leaders of our Congress to listen to the American people, and a few like Bunning, for once. A jobs summit with union leaders and Al Sharpton is simply not gonna cut it, as if this would be news to anyone outside of Washington.

Abusive Politicos Frog Strangled on FOX
Those pesky AIG bonuses continue to dominate the news cycle. Thankfully for us, the usual political factions are hard at work protecting the good of the people. Or are they? Don't be fooled. Glenn Beck absolutely destroys Connecticut Attorney General Richard Bluementhal, who has the AIG bonus recipients covered dead to right but has no idea what his own Congressman Barney Frank has been up to. Earlier today, I read an outstanding piece over at Capm's Blog on an approved measure out of the House Financial Services Committee, chaired by our fearless idiot at large, Barney Frank (D:MA) called the "Pay for Performance Act of 2009." As Captain points out, this bill was written by our Congressman, Alan Grayson (D:FL). Captain accurately describes Grayson, who made his fortune suing the likes of Haliburton (HAL:NYSE) over defense contracts, as the sleazy political novice that he is, but then Grayson showed up on Fox Business's Cavuto with FOX Business Chief Neil Cavuto. Ladies and Gentleman, this was not pretty:
Let it be known to all abusive politicians trying to hoodwink the public; some folks are still blinded by the Obama rhetorical rise, but the ship is already sinking and the abusive arrogance on display will be challenged. In the event you have not got the memo, we surround you and you will hear from us!

Florida Voting Booth Debacle
As depressing as it is to have the Florida Gators as national champions of college football, it will drive you to drink thinking of some of the absolute idiots representing us in congress.
Corrine Brown, (D:FL), takes the floor to congratulate her alma mater, The University of Florida, on their recent national title. Grab your blood pressure medicine and take a listen as the English language is mangled by Representative Brown:
It is mind boggling to think someone went to the voting booth and pulled the lever for someone who cannot command our language. Perhaps she had been drinking? Thankfully, I am no stranger to grabbing a tall cool one. But hey, the Gators don't take no jive!
