Impeach. It Is Past Time
The Republican Party has seemingly always been involved in an internal struggle between the moderate elite ruling class and the conservative wing. You may not recall, what with the conservative Reagan economic revolution and landslide victories, the even The Great Communicator was fought tooth and nail by the moderate GOP of the day.
Same story, different day, only, like our nation, the divide has greatly expanded.
A great example of this can be found by a retrospective examination of the recent GOP primary runoff in Mississippi. The extraordinary lengths the GOP establishment undertook to defeat tea party conservative candidate Chris McDaniel and push near comatose Thad Cochran to victory was nothing short of despicable.
It is noted the GOP establishment will sadly go after conservatives with lethal weaponry, but in the fight against big government progressives, legitimate winning strategies and tools for victory are found to be perhaps offending and are left on the table. This is not by happenstance, because in far too many instances, the GOP establishment and the Progressive Democrats are on the same squad; the big government elite, America's ruling class.
The actions undertaken by the Obama administration on the border, at a number of levels, are lawless and a violation of our Constitution. The Cloward-Piven Strategy, thoroughly covered here on the blog, is being implemented with full speed with America's eyes wide open, and I am frankly amazed folks are not marching with pitch forks. As Sen. Jeff Sessions, R:AL, pointed out in a letter to Congress; the situation is dire and could well "threatens the foundations of our Constitutional Republic". Boy howdy, is he correct. In more ways than one, we are in a Constitutional crisis.
With this in mind, Sarah Palin has had enough, and said it is time to impeach President Obama.
President Obama’s rewarding of lawlessness, including his own, is the foundational problem here. It’s not going to get better, and in fact irreparable harm can be done in this lame-duck term as he continues to make up his own laws as he goes along, and, mark my words, will next meddle in the U.S. Court System with appointments that will forever change the basic interpretation of our Constitution’s role in protecting our rights.
It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment.
The many impeachable offenses of Barack Obama can no longer be ignored. If after all this he’s not impeachable, then no one is.
Palin did not mince words, and given the peril Uncle Sam is in, it is not time for to be unclear. Given the laundry list of impeachable offenses, including the IRS scandal and weapon running, the border is in fact the transformation of America as we know it and is in violation of immigration laws.
You would think that the moderate Democrats and most every Republican would be in agreement with Palin, as adhering the law and protect our sovereignty are integral duties of our President.
But you would be wrong.
Very few, if any Democrats, are voicing concern. Perhaps Rep. Henry Cuellar, D:TX, who previously proposed legislation allowing Obama to seek a third term, has been most vocal on the left. Most of the administration Obamabots are attacking her, most notably Attorney General Eric Holder, who should be arrested.
But Palin is also met with resistance by the GOP establishment, with ABC News noting seven who disagree with her. The list includes the weakness known as Speaker Boehner, progressive John McCain and pundit Bill Kristol, who has been batting about.375 in his political assessments of late.
Perhaps three of the most respected voices, who although noting appropriate grounds, opposing Palin in her call to impeach are former VP Dick Cheney, Thomas Sowell and Patrick J. Buchanan. A bridge too far, claimed the esteemed author, pundit and former presidential candidate. There are significant differences now than the nation faced with Richard Nixon noted Buchanan, public will the most significant.
"Republicans should drop the talk of impeachment. For the GOP would gain nothing and risk everything if the people began to take seriously their threats to do to Barack Obama what Newt Gingrich’s House did to Bill Clinton".
Pat Buchanan is absolutely correct if your objective is for the GOP to win the most seats possible in the House and Senate. Thomas Sowell, a brilliant economist and author, summarized essentially the same premise put forth by Buchanan in an Investors Business Daily editorial piece.
Finally, it appears Obama is getting hit in the polls and for the GOP to control the House and Senate would be more effective in controlling Obama than an effort to formally impeach stirring up anybody and everybody amongst the citizenry.
Does that matter much anyway, as the GOP has put up little notable resistance to the policies of Obama, outside of a few brave souls, each of which would be considered conservative if not Tea Party? I think not, as these are the same members of the progressive aforementioned ruling class.
Furthermore, Obama is turning 200 mile an hour laps on The Road We Are Traveling, which is part of the Fabian Socialist Revolution. Freedom and liberty are burning off faster than exhaust.
With respect to Buchanan, it is Sarah Palin who is once again correct. While the points made by Buchanan are politically expedient, we are done playing politics. Our nation is at stake.
It is far time to operate on principle and law. After all, are we not a nation of laws and not of men?
Obviously, Obama thinks he is the chosen one, the one who dictates the laws, which ones are adhered to and which ones are not. Our President is wrong, far beyond the law, routinely operating outside of the Constitution and arrogantly out of line. The actions he is engaged in, particularly on the border which is placing the sovereignty of nation jeopardy, must be stopped.
Surely, there will be a political price. However, no matter the price, our citizenry must force our elected officials to conduct themselves within the laws of our nation. If they fail to govern by the laws and principles and consent of the governed, they must be removed.
It is our elected representatives that undertake that action on our behalf. As Sarah Palin appropriately said, it is time to impeach.

Taking Names
It is amazing that a group of patriots, whose rose up in recent years in the spirit of the those among the founders of this great country, can be so continuously vilified in this day and age as The Tea Party.
Although there is not a person at the head of this movement, at the core of the objectives of those associated represent the founding principles of our nation, which are closely associated with the Constitution, and in particular The Bill of Rights with acknowledgement this is a nation founded on Christian values.
Hard to imagine folks at quarrel with this, but the opposition is significant, and without question, on both sides of the aisle.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, when asked about the races which pit a Tea Party representative versus an establishment GOP candidate, McConnell said "We are going to crush them everywhere".
In an early round of primary action in North Carolina last evening, a Tea Party backed candidate, Greg Brannon, lost in the GOP primary to an establishment Republican named Thom Tillis, who was a favorite of the GOP establishment and supported by Karl Rove's American Crossroads group. Brannon, a Constitutional Conservative Republican, who was backed by Senators Mike Lee, R:UT, and Rand Paul, R:KY, is an MD and has extensive command of the Constitution.
Again, while Tillis is likely preferable over Sen. Kay Hagan, the Democrat candidate, his positions indicate he favors progressivism, where increasing government control of the citizenry is welcomed.
Certainly, this position does not coincide with the free market individualism mindset of The Tea Party or those from both parties who may be considered libertarian.
In absorption of Sen. McConnell's comment, we gather that the GOP establishment would rather edge closer to the progressive democrats than embrace the Tea Party. Now, perhaps, one can understand why there has been little success in opposition to the progressive leadership which has presided over the decline of prosperity and liberty of America over the last decade or so.
Sen. McConnell is also facing a challenge from a representative of the Tea Party in candidate Matt Bevin. Gloating in the victory last night, RNC spokesman Jahan Wilcox tweeted the following:
"Next up is that fraud @MattBevin! #GOP.
Sarah Palin, appropriately, found such action juvenile and not becoming "the establishment".
While the GOP establishment fails to consider Bevin a legitimate candidate, ( a tactic utilized recently by the Obama administration in effort to de-legitimize those Benghazi inquiries ) Bevin is certainly worthy of consideration and a candidate who in fact has my full support in his effort to defeat Sen. McConnell.
Things get ugly in campaigns, there is no doubt.
However, I will scorecard each of the GOP establishment on their actions and not verbalized rhetoric and campaign website commentary on how conservative they are. On that scorecard, Sen.McConnell fails miserably, and his intent to crush his internal opposition while hardly standing in opposition to the orchestrated wreckage of the Obama administration.
The scorecard I have of establishment GOP players who insult me by attacking candidates sharing my views rather than opposing progressive Democrates with equal vigor is increasing in names.
Among those on the list are Speaker John Boehner, Rep. Eric Cantor, Rep. Peter King, Sen. Mitch McConnell, Sen. Lindsey Graham and, although I certainly respect the heroism and extensive service to our country, Sen. John McCain.
I will campaign for and donate accordingly. Check out MattBevin.com!

Enjoyed the Fresh Air on Cruz Control
Ted Crus, R:TX/Photo CSPAN |
Cruz left the personal attacks behind, attacking Obamacare point by point based upon what we know regarding the ever changing bill as the Secretary shall determine. Epic to be sure.
As expected, arrows flew the way of Cruz from lemming Democrats and deranged left wing progressives, many of whom personally attacked Cruz. Chuck Schumer, D:NY and Senate Majority Leader and despicable individual Harry Reid were two.
In what has become an all too familiar reality, arrows shot at the back of Cruz came from members of his own party, which included the usual suspects. In fact, John McCain took the floor to admonish Cruz. You recall McCain would not dream of doing that when he ran against Obama is 2008, but seems eager to get in the face of Cruz. Pitiful.
As reported by Brietbart, Representative Louie Gohmert (R -TX) sat in the chamber during the entire event watching Cruz talk about liberty and the totalitarian Cuban Communist regime Cruz's own father faced as a teenager. Gohmert is one of the good guys without doubt.
Cruz represented the people who sent representatives to Washington specifically to fight the oppressive and tyrannical government who seek to limit freedom. Those opposed are intoxicated with power, and are illustrative of what is wrong in and with Washington.
Cheers to Ted Cruz; we got your back. It was a pleasure to ride on Cruz Control the over the last day, and your efforts are greatly appreciated. In addition, the decorum you choose to engage provides an example to many of how legitimate differences in opinion can be placed in the public square.

Steps will be taken aimed at restoring the balance between the various levels of government. Progress may be slow—measured in inches and feet, not miles—but we will progress. Is it time to reawaken this industrial giant, to get government back within its means, and to lighten our punitive tax burden. And these will be our first priorities, and on these principles, there will be no compromise.
Thanks to Senator Ted Cruz for standing up for us freedom fighters. Cowboy Up! #DefundObamacare #MakeDCListen #StandWithCruz

It is time to "Cowboy Up".
When I was a kid, when I thought of cowboys, it was Heath and Nick Barkley of the Barkley family ranch in Stockton, California.
Times are much different today.

In these times, those of us on the side of freedom must not only fight the opponent, but fight the double agents who claim to be on our side as well.
This has been quite evident in recent weeks in the fight, led by Texas GOP Senator Ted Cruz and Utah GOP Senator Mike Lee to defund Obamacare. It is no longer Republicans versus Democrats on Obamacare, but as noted by Terresa Monroe-Hamilton over at Noisy Room, Tea Party Patriots versus Progressives, from both parties.
Sarah Palin told the 'Gutless and Rudderless’ GOP Establishment to ‘Stop the Ridiculous Hysterics’ and Stand Its Ground Against Obamacare.
As reported in an exclusive interview with Brietbart, Palin said “Open your eyes, America,” Palin continues. “When the full reality of Obamacare strikes home, we’ll thank God that principled leaders like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee took a stand to stop it in its tracks. “But the permanent political class is handwringing and howling that if there’s a government shutdown the media will blame Republicans for it. Here’s a little newsflash, GOP establishment: Whenever anything bad happens, the media blames Republicans for it. That’s not an excuse to roll over and play dead.”
With the GOP establishment and the entire left against the efforts by Cruz and Lee, Palin offers encouragement, tweeting "We have your backs, Ted and Mike! #DefundObamacare" We do to.
Unfortunately, the usual progressive weasels in the GOP are wanting to go along to get along, intoxicated with the power they currently have expressing little concern at the erosion of freedom engulfing the American citizenry seemingly on a daily basis.
With Sen. Cruz scheduled to appear with Chris Wallace on FOX News Sunday yesterday, Brietbart reported that Wallace, the host of Fox News Sunday, said that Republicans in Washington were savaging Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) behind Cruz's back before Cruz's appearance on the program to discuss defunding Obamacare.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell knows nothing, and Karl Rove, although not surprised, has no names. Mark Levin and Sarah Palin have called on FOX News to "keep it fair and balanced" and release the names of those who dropped dime. If only they would attack Democrats with the same vigor.
Two GOP members who have been vocal in their opposition to Cruz and Lee are Senator Lindsey Graham, R:SC, and Senator John McCain, R:AZ. I have never been a fan of Graham, who even when talking a big game, like getting to the bottom of the goings on in Benghazi, ends up doing nothing. Senator McCain is a man I had always respected, primarily due to his brave service to our nation. Although not my first choice, I strongly supported McCain in 2008, erroneously encouraged by his selection of Sarah Palin as VP and with vehement opposition to his opponent.
Seemingly since then, McCain has supported Obama more than those in the GOP aiming to defeat him. McCain, who is entertaining thoughts of supporting Hillary Clinton in 2016 and who called Cruz, Lee and Rand Paul "wacko birds, is the one who has lost sound mind from the Reagan Revolution he so proudly claims membership in. I now seek his retirement.
Sen. David Vitter, R:LA, is shopping around an amendment which would un-exempt members from an Obamacare carve out, but he is finding little support. As The Wizard points out, it is hard to gain traction when your own supposed team members are so vocal about being double agents.
Enough already. I stand firm in opposition to McCain, Graham, NH Sen. Kelly Ayotte, VA Rep. Eric Cantor, TN Sen. Lamar Alexander, NY Rep. Peter King, Speaker John Boehner, R:OH and NJ Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey among others.
With the monstrosity legislation of Obamacare at our doorstep, there has not been a more important time in many a moon to fight the establishment, those among the ruling class who believe they can provide lawful guidelines collectively for you to best live your life.
Nothing can command more control over you than associations with your health; including food consumption, exercise and fitness, lifestyle management and health options with respect to medicine authorizations ranging from prescriptions to invasive surgical options. and those death panels.
As Palin said; time to get on Cruz Control and put our all the fires unseen.

Immigration Legislation A Sociopolitical Monster
An immigration bill, derived by yet another dreadful "gang of eight", is on the fast track to becoming law.
As a member of the gang of eight, Florida Senator Marco Rubio is the mouthpiece of the legislation, which is beyond disappointing. I was among the legions of Floridians who enthusiastically supported Rubio's candidacy against Charlie Christ, whose principles were set by changes in wind direction.
After a thorough victory, the hope for results matching the rhetoric were high. I have heard Rubio speak personally on many occasions, and he eloquently spoke, from the heart without teleprompter, about the founding principles of our country and conservative answers to the myriad of issues engulfing our nation.
His story is most compelling, and he was among those Mitt Romney strongly considered as a running mate in 2012.
Therefore, it is with extreme disappointment Rubio has violated many of those principles in supporting the immigration legislative efforts. While we recognize our immigration policy, an issue of passion for Rubio, is broken, it should be clear the constituents who elected Rubio did not send him to Washington to join in legislation with Chuck Schumer (D:NY), Dick Durbin (D:IL), Lindsey Graham (R:SC) and John McCain (R:AZ), a good man who has apparently lost his mind.
Many GOP members, apparently inclusive of Rubio, are under the false belief that with these immigrants tied to the Democrats the only hope of ever winning another election is to appease these illegal immigrants by merging minds on the issue with progressives. Rubio's election in Florida, sinking with immigrants, should have been proof of that error in judgement.
Although Rubio insists he is not being set up, from the granstands it looks quite differently. Rubio is quickly losing credibility among the GOP, and rightfully so. Dana Rohrabacher, (R:CA) ripped Rubio. “Rubio is so mixed up and so confused. I think he has given up his rightful place to advise any of us in Washington what to do, and he’s given up any right to be trusted by the American people,” he said."
The Senate is formulating a bill on the fast track, which will then head over to the House. Over there, the House will attempt to redirect the Senate by passing a bill seemingly more in line with common sense American views on the issue. At this point, the bills will meet in conference committee to be reconciled, as which point a new bill will be finalized and voted upon, one heavily influenced by the left. There will not be enough opposition for the GOP to stop it, and boom, we have amnesty for tens of millions of illegal immigrants. Yes, they are illegal immigrants.
Therefore, to prohibit the conference from taking place, it is imperative that nothing passes in the House. Among those who understand the trojan horse being set up, and working to defeat it, are Louie Gohmert (R:TX), Michele Bachmann (R:MN) and Steve King (R:IA).
This trifecta of republicans astutely recognize that for the progressives, while this is portrayed a humane answer to the immigration issues, the real goal is to crash the system, leaving the majority of the citizenry dependant on government assistance and control, described as a "governing coalition for the long term". It is Cloward and Piven, and it simply must be defeated on the battlefield of ideas.
Rubio also initially said the border fence would be a precursor to an immigration policy being implemented, but Rubio has since reversed that thought, proclaiming the necessity to get tax revenue from the new legal immigrants to fund the fence. Legalization first, border security second. Not so fast my friend.
In fact, we already have laws requiring border security that is not being enforced. Border security, and the right to security, is found in the foruth amendment. With the government failing to secure the border, they are in violation of the rule of law and our Constitution. Sadly, the government is picking and choosing which laws they think it prudent to enforce. This type of governance was something our founders warned us about.
There is not a promised path to citizenship for those who are here illegally, and those who are here illegally must retreat through the system legally. The process allowing legal immigrants must be overhauled to expedite the process for those who seek to become citizens and assimilate and become productive members of our communities, not adopting the practices of working the welfare system.
Should this legislation pass, the heavy weight of the increase of entitlements for those new immigrants will lead to socialism and a total collapse of our economic system. As the great Barry Goldwater once said, "And here we encounter the seeds of government disaster and collapse -- the kind that wrecked ancient Rome and every other civilization that allowed a sociopolitical monster called the welfare state to exist."
The gang of eight are playing games, and the results of this immaturity could jettison our great experiment to the ash heap of history.

Overdrive Turn For Bachmann
I have often heard former Florida Congressman Lou Frey say a day in politics is a lifetime, and nothing could be further from the truth.
Last week, Representative Michele Bachmann, R:MN, announced she would not seek to retain her congressional seat in 2014, citing her belief in term limits. Needless to say, for those of us who champion the rule of law and our founding principles, the loss of Bachmann and her strong voice will leave a significant void.
Jim Graves, who Bachmann narrowly defeated in 2012, not to be confused as a statesman, responded with a few digs directed at Bachmann. Graves effort at ridicule and divisiveness brings to mind those progressive tactics of Sal Alinsnky. Stay classy there Jim.
In the article of propaganda for Graves, The Huffington Post presented approximately 20 slides hammering Bachmann for various positions over the years, thinking they were exposing weaknesses. As usual with these hit jobs, somewhere along the way the truth got lost, as a review of these slides give indication how correct the assessments of Bachmann are. Although I am intrigued by the opportunity to tackle each one individually here, I will cite two that should be illustrative.
In slide six, Bachmann labels the tax code as a weapon of mass destruction. Does any body remain unconvinced the administration is not restricting commerce and punishing opponents through the tax code? In slide eight, Bachmann warns back in March of 2011 of the Obama administration being a "gangster government." "I don't take back my statements on gangster government," she said, referring to a charge she made during the debate over health care reform. "I think that there have been actions taken by the government that are corrupt." Oh my gosh was that exponentially correct.
Just six months ago, reports had Bachmann prepared to challenge a weakened John Boehner, R:OH, for the speakership. Oh, what a difference a couple of months makes.
Bachmann, a Tea Party favorite, has had a bullseye on her back for quite some time, sadly from both sides of the aisle. While the left attempted to discredit her a a moonbat, that line of attack only gained traction for the thousands of faithful MSNBC viewers.
It was attacks from the moderate republican camp that really made it tough for Bachmann. We have presented many posts about Bachmann efforting to question the levels of infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood and their operatives within our government. Those inquiries drew the ire of GOP leaders Lindsay Graham and John McCain, not to mention John Boehner.
Recently, even Karl Rove took some shots at Bachmann, although he was incorrect in his assessment, which is becoming all too frequent.
Bachmann was correct in asking these questions, and given the intense level of attack in response that came her way, it would not be difficult to conclude she hit a significant nerve. Hey, wasn't John McCain just over in Syria hanging out with these folks?
The left was employing a tactic previously used to attack Sarah Palin, in the form of filing a series of complaints about about campaign finance. Ultimately, these accusations and complaints result in no findings; however, the monetary expenses and time and opportunity costs in defense of these accusations are substantial.
Look closely, as an examination of the IRS actions paint a similar picture of efforting to intimidate and punish punatively political opponents.
Bachmann was always a champion of free market capitalism, and had a complete handle on the economic issues confronting Uncle Sam. In addition, she had and has keen insight on the issues surrounding the global war on terrorism.
It is sad Bachmann will relinquish her position in the fight for freedom, and one can only hope she will reposition herself in another arena to help us in the fight to save America. Bachmann is a fighter whose voice we need in the fight for freedom we find ourselves engaged in, so I expect we have not heard the last from her.

The Discrediting of America: Individual Opponents
While President Obama is the face of the Progressive advancement running roughshod over America, there is a well funded massive machine of operatives implementing widespread attacks on those, organizations, corporations and individuals, who stand against their policies. With a basis found in the pages of Saul Alinsky's Rules For Radicals, aiming to demonize, ridicule and discredit all in opposition, there are no lines that cannot be crossed as the ends justify the means. The tentacles of these ongoing operations extend beyond your wildest imagination. Therefore, BAHL Revere will engage a series of posts alerting our readership of instances in this regard titled The Discrediting of America.
CPAC 2013 was quite exciting, with a host of speakers giving excellent speeches, quite cognizant of an America in decline.with most zeroed in the parties responsible.
Among the speakers who minced no words in assessing blame for the transformation of wealth overwhelming America with those orchestrating the destruction failing to practice the austerity measures they advise us to take, was Rep. Michele Bachmann, (R:MN).
Bachmann torched Obama for living a lavish lifestyle as President while most of us are struggling for friction in an Obama led economy wrecked by crony capitalism, destructive FED policies, absence of the rule of law, rewards for irresponsible behavior and an advancing nanny state robbing people of their identity.
See a portion of the speech by Bachmann below:
Although Bachmann did embellish some points, for example, the walking of the dog, the premise of the comments cannot be legitimately challenged. Do I have a reader who honestly does not think Obama is exceeding common guidelines with respect to living in excess as President? In addition, do any not see the hypocrisy of him sparing no expense vacationing and golfing while most of us are struggling mightily in the dismal economy he is presiding over?
In my career, I have noticed great leaders provide an example for those they command or lead by establishing a code of behavior and work ethic. For crying out loud, the president and first lady take separate planes on vacation, something we previously found obscene. A respected leader would not close tours of The White House to gain political points while his family vacations touring the world.
Meet President Obama.
Bachmann has been hit hard in the aftermath of these comments, by both sides. CNN correspondent Dana Bash ambushed Bachmann in a parking lot. Mind you, Bash, who would not know a Fulton county commission meeting if it was held in the CNN parking lot, cannot find time to chase the Obama administration down on anything, but was in high speed pursuit of Bachmann.
From the supposed right, Bill O'Reilly led the way, hammering Bachmann on is FOX program "The O'Reilly Factor. Please take a listen to O'Reilly below:
O'Reilly is off the mark, which is unfortunately more common than you may think. I was not the only one who noticed, as The Great One Mark Levin let O'Reilly have it on his nationally syndicated radio show. Listen to Levin HERE.
On Monday, we learned Bachmann is now the center on an ethics investigation for the misuse of campaign funds. The Blaze reports that Federal investigators are now interviewing former Bachmann campaign staffers nationwide about alleged intentional campaign-finance violations. Would these be the same disgruntled former staff members fired for poorly leading her 2012 presidential campaign?
But this is not the point, as everyone who remains sane recognizes that President Obama gives no consideration to the money he spends as President, or as Commander in Chief in running up the national debt, and that an upstart investigation focusing on former staff members has the earmark of a witch hunt.
Most on the left think Bachmann is a dingbat, so why all the long knives? We have hit this topic previously, and make no mistake about it; Bachmann is being targeted for her having been an outspoken opponent of our coziness with the Muslim Brotherhood.
Once Bachmann publicly questioned our policy toward the Muslim Brotherhood, she has been in the cross hairs. From John McCain to Bill O'Reilly on the right, to the entire roster of lefties, Bachmann must be taken down and discredited publicly before someone takes her seriously. You see, she is being hit with propaganda portraying her as discredited. Restated with an Orwellian flare, just like two plus two equals five, what you see presented about her are the opposite of the facts.
Bachmann was correct in the facts regarding the Muslim Brotherhood and their infiltration of our government by many who advocate for them in the shadows. Recently, we have confirmed John Brennan to head the CIA and Chuck Hagel as Secretary of Defense, who are sympathetic at best to these opponents of Israel. John Kerry, our new Secretary of State, has supporters on both sides of the aisle, even though he is a fierce opponent of our military having protested against them on many an occasion.
The Muslim Brotherhood has taken over in Egypt, and is positioning themselves in Syria. Benghazi, who is not a WalMart greeter but rather the location where Ambassador Stevens and three other patriots were left hanging to be murdered by the Obama administration, is presumed to have been the location for gun running negotiations where guns were being run through Turkey to the Syrian rebels, who are really the Muslim Brotherhood. For more on the gun running, see the following Gateway Pundit article.
Don't we usually demand a full investigation, especially under the most transparent administration ever, when our Ambassador get killed? Then why are we silencing witnesses?
As we have noted, Bachmann is correct on this and we encourage you to support her in any way possible. Don't be distracted by all the noise surrounding and ridicule of Bachmann, just know that the reason she is being targeted is because she is asking questions the administration does not want to answer. Efforts to discredit Bachmann have failed thus far, so the progressives are stepping up their game.
Bachmann indeed must be on to something.

Welcoming Enemies
As reported by The Blaze, On Friday, March 8, Secretary John Kerry along with first lady Michelle Obama will, according to an official State Department press release, will “honor 10 extraordinary women with the Secretary of State’s International Women of Courage Award.” The only problem is that one of those women, Samira Ibrahim, is an unabashed anti-Semite who called the murder of innocent Israelis in a suicide-attack “very sweet news” and said that each 9/11 anniversary should be marked by “America burning.”
No doubt disappointed to having been discovered, the State Department postponed giving the award to Ms. Ibrahim. Not cancelled mind you, but postponed.
Call me crazy, but I might think the Department of Home Security, rather than having the American citizens under surveillance, might be keeping a keen eye on folks like this, who publicly wish America harm. Certainly, and logic would seem to dictate she is not worthy of consideration for such an award, unless your are the left wing lunatics over at Time Magazine.
Not under the Obama administration.
Individuals and organizations who sympathize with, advocate for and affiliate with the Muslim Brotherhood and against Israel are held in high regard.
So you remain of the opinion that our government, and media, are not in full scale embrace and promotion of the Muslim faith?
Get a load of the outreach f propaganda advocating for acceptance of these types of folks. Erin Burnett, no doubt a liberal thinking individual who we recall from her days hosting Morning Call with the dearly departed Mark Haines on CNBC, hit former first lady Laura Bush with an eye popping question. Take a listen.
Come again? Thankfully, Ms. Bush gave her a dirty look in delivering a flat NO answer.
Erin Burnett is not alone, as she joins slews of lap dog journalists who seek to promote the acceptance of those with anti American voices who dream of taking us down a notch. Support for this line of thinking goes all the way to the upstairs basketball court at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
For us real folks out Rush Limbaugh's Realville, we recognize our enemies, foreign and domestic, and there are plenty of them. We saw the Muslim Brotherhood take over in Egypt coming a mile away. In fact, we recognize that Michele Bachmann, not withstanding getting scolded by Sen. John McCain, (R:AZ), was and is correct to question the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in our government.
The right for anti American activists to express their opinions we recognize, but unlike many running the country presently, we do not support Ms. Ibrahim, the Muslim Brotherhood and/or Islamic terrorists.
We support the free and the brave, America the beautiful!

The Discrediting of America: Political Adversaries
Ronald Reagan once said about the left, "Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so." This cast of characters is not your parents Democrats. And while these elite progressives do think they know what is best for you, or rather isn't so, they are quite sinister and are from honest brokers seeking the best decisions for America.
When this group identifies individuals who pose what they deem as a serious political threat to their objectives, the long knives are unleashed. Sadly, due to the progressivism in both parties, the attacks come from both sides of the aisle.
During the recent presidential campaign, Mitt Romney was falsely accused, by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid no less, of failing to pay his taxes to Uncle Sam. In addition, as reported by The Blaze, a pro-Obama Super PAC Priorities USA on Tuesday released an ad accusing Mitt Romney of being somehow responsible for the death of the wife of Joe Soptic, a former GST Steel employee and a known Obama campaign operative.
Previously, we have chronicled the vicous attacks that came down upon Michele Bachmann (R:MN), who dared to question, upon accurately noting an infiltration of our government by the Muslim Brotherhood, the vetting process of those who work within and closely with our government. You were left wondering who the enemy actually is.
In the hearings to confirm former Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel as Defense secretary, freshman GOP Congressman Ted Cruz took it to Hagel, only to be condemned by a slew of Democrats, including Florida Senator Bill Nelson. Progressive republican John McCain, who had earlier admonished Hagel, a former close ally, publicly scolded Cruz. Conservatives have been longing for someone like Cruz to strongly articulate the principles of conservatism. Included among those principles would be to prohibit individuals cozy with our enemies from being appointed to high ranking positions, and Chuck Hagel, (R:NE), is such an individual.
While it is customary for political operatives to launch attacks, the mainstream media frequently uses their platforms to manipulate and nudge a citizenry so whipsawed from swirling events they cannot decipher fact from fiction. NBC has been busted several times for doctoring video tape in recent years, and the Associated Press routinely errors in favor of the progressive angle.
A blatant example recently was The Associated Press printing erroneous comments attributed to Sen. Rand Paul, (R:KY), suggesting he sought to round up illegal immigrants. With Paul a borderline Libertarian, that thought process goes against his core beliefs and should have rang false to those who put forth the article. No such luck. After the public had two days to digest the comments Paul supposedly made, AP released a correction nobody heard or saw.
Without question, the harshest attacks over the Obama first term were launched upon Sarah Palin. Over and over and over again, the mainstream political pundits tell us how stupid and ill-prepared for higher office she is, but given the relentless attacks routinely bestowed upon Palin, one has to wonder why someone so weak commands such attention. Actual fact, the left fears Palin; and they should.
Recently, a story reported Palin, fresh off her contract with FOX News not being renewed, has signed a contract with Al-Jazzera. Several left wing outlets, frothing at the mouth to attack Palin, released the story. One problem; it was false. Somebody get the egg on the face Washington Post on the phone.
Palin had a great time poking fun at these low life Obamabots masquerading as journalists.

Palin had a great time poking fun at these low life Obamabots masquerading as journalists.
For someone lacking the intellectual fortitude to challenge the progressives on the battlefield of ideas, the amount of attention paid to her is astonishing. Given what we are led to believe, this is the equivalent of the Alabama Crimson Tide worrying about the goings on over at Troy State. To anybody who can engage in critical thinking, the truth is Palin is perhaps the one they fear the most.
Shifting gears, while the republicans are presented as those who wish harm on others against the backdrop of the civil progressives who seek to help everyone, the vitriol that comes at Palin should be very revealing for anyone not considered among the three blind mice. Check out these tweets:
These message boards are full of hate from those aligned with the party of inclusion and civility. Since winning the public on the battlefield of ideas is not an option, propaganda laced with ridicule is the avenue of approach for this group.
Michele Bachmann continues to work on issues inclusive of national security and finance, almost always correct in her assessments. Sarah Palin was instrumental in getting several Tea Party candidates elected and continues to be very well respected in conservative circles, set to speak at the upcoming CPAC convention.. Rand Paul is considering a run for the oval office in 2016, and considered a very serous threat given his reach which extends far beyond his fringe father. Ted Cruz, who has yet to unpack his luggage in DC, has come to town on a mission of common sense based on founding principles.
Truth be told, the progressives telegraph who they fear as the most legitimate challengers to expose their true objectives, which are much deeper than most imagine and often at odds with their public rhetoric.
The aforementioned are a handful of progressive opponents who threaten the progressives and need discredited in the public eye. These progressive left are not intellectually challenged, and they operate with precision in manipulating a staggered public.
Friedrich Nietzsche once said “In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule.”. With a criminally complicit media riding shotgun, the progressive elites are leading a nation of lemmings from freedom and liberty to dictatorship and socialism.

Enemies Hiding In Plain Sight
The days of sensible Democrats, such as Scoop Jackson, Reubin Askew, Zell Miller and Ed Koch, who we fondly recalled this past week after his passing, are long gone. The party once smitten with John F. Kennedy has given way to a rancid collection of idiots, progressives and Fabian Socialists.
The Republican party, regrettably, is no longer a safe harbor from progressive ideology either. An arena where this has recently been demonstrated involved a dual party attack on Rep. Michele Bachmann, (R:MN), in the aftermath of her leadership in questioning the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in our government.
There are levels of infiltration in the Unites States government with respect to the Muslim Brotherhood, which demands serious investigation Bachmann was prepared to engage in. Bachmann was worried about what she has witnessed, and as Robert Spencer pointed out in a recent article, sought out to investigate potential "policies and activities that appear to be the result of influence operations conducted by individuals and organizations associated with the Muslim Brotherhood".
While there is certainly a slow creep of Muslim influence in our country, considerable evidence suggests significant infiltration in our government. I want to know, and I appreciate the efforts on Rep. Bachmann in this regard.
Last June, Bachmann and four other Republicans, including Texas Representative Louie Gohmert, sent a letter to the Inspectors General questioning "the Muslim Brotherhood and other radical groups' access to top Obama administration officials". Cited as an example, as Bachmann wrote in the letter, was "The Department's Deputy Chief of Staff, Huma Abedin, has three family members - her late father, her mother and her brother - connected to Muslim Brotherhood operatives and /or organizations,"
This was not a personal attack on Ms. Abedin, who most respect as preforming in exemplary fashion in her role under Secretary Clinton, although her marriage to disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner raises judgment questions. As it turns out, both of her parents have significant relationships with the Muslim Brotherhood, who in the minds of those not drinking the Obama Kool-Aid, are enemies of those who fight for freedom. The letter posed by Bachmann was perfectly rational and focused on investigating the vetting process of those in government who may have associations with this group.
Another example of a potential Muslim influence involves right wing anti-tax advocate Grover Norquist. The left is hyperventilating over his Americans for Tax Reform pledge, but few seem concerned about ties Norquist has with The Muslim Brotherhood. Married to a Muslim Palestinian born in Kuwait, Norquist resists those who portray all Muslims as terrorists. Nobody with any credibility does, but we do need to have our eyes open to all potential enemies, foreign and domestic. Like Ms. Abbedin, all appears fine with Norquist, but we should have a vetting process for individuals who can effect policy.
Although we could set our watch in anticipation of the vicious attacks which would come from the left, for those still in denial the progressive ruling class is limited to one party the attacks from the GOP were most revealing. Leading the GOP tongue lashing of Bachmann, along with Speaker John Boehner, was none other than John McCain, who caller her actions "sinister". Given Sen. McCain is a war hero, one would surmise that he of all people would want to make sure our government is free from infiltration from individuals and groups that wish us harm. Sadly, this is obviously not the case.
Those lining up in opposition to Bachmann include usual suspects, such as The Washington Post, but also right wind establishment outlets such as The Powerline blog. Rep. Keith Ellison (D:MN), a Muslim, as expected responded to Bachmann, prompting her to write back correcting misrepresented facts, a stalwart maneuver of the left. Ellison is not reasonable on this subject, or many others for that matter.
Andrew McCarthy, a scholar on the subject, backed Bachmann completely and wrote a brilliant editorial making her case, placing into proper perspective the elements and rationale for the concern. Ret. Gen. Jerry Boykin is another backing the efforts Rep. Bachmann.
The Blaze has an extensive report.
In the aftermath of 9-11, the Bush administration reached out to Muslim organizations in a spirit of friendship; however many felt the efforts went to far. Upon election, right out of the gate, the Obama administration seemed to divert from historical positions regarding relationships with governments, groups and individuals who are cozy with terrorist organizations.
There have been many noteworthy instances, from the Egypt speech, to supporting the Mega Mosque at ground zero to the Arab spring, which although highly touted as a vehicle of peace by the regime and the complicit lap dog media, has created extreme chaos in the most troublesome region of the planet.
Issues continue with confusing relationships abroad, which most notably fired up after the events surrounding Benghazi. With respect to Benghazi, Bachmann correctly accused the Obama administration of adopting a "false narrative", and there are clear indications, as Sen. Rand Paul (R:KY) put forth, that the administration was involved in gun running to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Is President Obama aiming to lift up the Islamic position around the world as part of the objective of the global transformation of wealth?
President Obama has nominated Deputy National Security Adviser John Brennan to head the CIA. Brennan, who said jihad is a legitimate tenant of Islam and that terror cannot be defeated as it is a state of mind, is concerning. In addition, he was behind purging intelligence training manuals of the terms "jihad" and "radical Islam". Brennan is quite warm to Iran and their militant extensions, and his nomination should be soundly defeated.
But, if Bachmann is so out to lunch, why would our President be nominating individuals with ideologies which parallel those of The Muslim Brotherhood. Why would our government, after a regime change which has led to control of Egypt by The Muslim Brotherhood, honor a previous agreement to sell F-15 fighter planes and tanks to Egypt? Sadly, this is not all Obama, as GOP Senators are going along.
The global war on terror is not over, and there are significant threats to the US. Therefore, given the countless examples of an uneasy at best warming of relationships with governments, groups and individuals that at best support the slow creep of Sharia and at worst seek to harm our citizenry and way of life, we should get behind Rep. Bachmann in her effort to identify potential infiltration of our government.
More troubling is the reasoning of those who so angrily opposed her efforts. Got me thinking they are hiding something. When considering this subject, things certainly seem radically extended from the normal course of what is and what should never be.
Michele Bachmann should continue to question with boldness, speak without fear and hold to the truth. Enemies appear to be hiding in plain sight.

Huma Abedin & Sec. Hillary Clinton |

Lane Change
In the aftermath of the results of the election, there has been plenty of gloating and commentary floating around. Much of the discussion has centered around the Republican Party, in efforts to identify and outline the GOP deficiencies.
Seemingly everyone has weighed in. Karl Rove offered excuses and Bill Kristol wants to join Democrats and raise taxes. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal came out swinging earlier today. In my view, most of these folks cannot see the forest for the trees.
A longtime respected friend and associate of mine, and Obama supporter, immediately called for the restoration of the Republican party to national relevance; by casting off the Tea Party. It should be noted that Mitt Romney, considered by almost everyone a superior candidate to John McCain, got a decidedly lower vote total. In my analysis of what could have caused this difference, the diagnosis centers around Sarah Palin.
Certainly, the GOP should not take direction from progressive arm chair quarterbacks like my friend. The conclusions they draw make sense to those aiming to continue the transformation of America, but to those who remain true to the foundations our country was founded upon, they should be strongly rejected.
My aforementioned friend thinks the Tea Party wing of the Republican party, of which Palin is affectionately associated with, is extremist. Among the tenants I have observed at the numerous Tea Party rallies I have attended are fiscal sanity, limited government, personal accountability and responsibility, opposition to increasing entitlements, the rejection of the Obamacare and the love of God, family and country. God heavens, if this is extremist, we lost the country a long time ago.
Old school Democrats have lost their party to elite extremist progressives, and out previous post "Knowing Kennedy" points out a significant example with respect to taxes. Regrettably, the post race analysis tells us many GOP folks sat the election out.
I conclude that this is because the GOP at the top levels is too close to the Democrats in positions. Mitt Romney is a fine man, and many thought, including me, he ended up being better suited to go up against Obama at this time. But, that thought process was incorrect.
Contrary to my friends opinion, the GOP needs to further embrace the Tea Party, not distance itself from it. Free market principles are indeed the best path to prosperity, and it is all-inclusive. Massive entitlements and controlling governmental influence reduces opportunities and incentives, curbs economic freedoms and reduces economic output, all the while robbing individuals of their hopes, dreams and dignity.
With Obama winning 51% of the votes, far from a mandate, many on all sides are calling for major GOP compromise, including progressives who masquerade as republicans. No.
The GOP must do a much better job of selling ideas and promoting the all inclusive promise and rewards of free enterprise. When coupled with the tenants considered important by the Tea Party, a platform for prosperity can be embarked upon by all.
This platform would be similar to the ideas and principles put forth by Ronald Reagan. At this time, with calls for compromise ringing loud, we should stand on our principles. Our differences with the progressives need to presented be in stark contrast; a time for bold colors, no pale pastels.
As Reagan said, on these principles there will be no compromise.
No time for lane changes. Lets get the message clear, and win the day on the battlefield of ideas.

Bachmann Brotherhood Overdrive
Americans are working hard trying to stay afloat under dismal economic conditions, and because of this, have little time to work through the lies and omissions presented by the mainstream media.
When a topic deserving of deeper examination is covered, unfortunately, the progressive media offers a story angle suited to advancing their political positions, leaving consumers of their product tainted with their bias. The American public is on to the lies and the bias, which is no doubt contributing to the tanking of the network news outlets and rapid death march of newspapers.
Perhaps the most troubling topic the media has inaccurately reported on, through deception, distraction and omission is the role of the Muslim Brotherhood, not only globally, but here in America, alarmingly, inclusive of a heavy infiltration in our government.
The saga of the mega Mosque near Ground Zero in New York City was perhaps the first example of the embracing of radical Islam, cloaked under political correctness. Actions surrounding the Fort Hood shooting also raised questions, promptly not deemed terrorist activity by both the Obama administration and new media.
These examples and more led Rep. Michele Bachmann, R:MN, to take action a few months back, joining four other Congressional members in an effort to further investigate the level of influence the Muslim Brotherhood has within our government. As The Blaze reported, distinct letters to the Inspectors General of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the Department of State were sent to ascertain the depth of involvement the US Government has with The Muslim Brotherhood.
Among the questions asked were how people with backgrounds in association with the group were vetted, and among those inquired about was Huma Abedin, a State Department advisor and deputy chief of staff and aide to US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, D:NY. Abedin is also married to disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner, D:NY. As the chief aide to Mrs. Clinton, surely it is reasonable to verify Abedin has been thoroughly checked out, as both her parents have well documented associations with the Muslim Brotherhood.
In rapid response to the letter, Bachmann was heavily attacked from both sides of aisle, most notably by US Senator John McCain, R:AZ. In fact, it was reported due to this line of questioning, Bachmann may be forced out of her position on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. No doubt, Bachmann struck a nerve, and she refused to back down, striking back at her critics.
Andrew McCarthy, who prosecuted the Blind Sheikh, who was the mastermind of the Twin Towers bombing in 1993, wrote in National Review his complete support for Bachmann in this matter.
Although few Americans understand the seriousness of these inquiries, it is worth noting that the U.S. government has established in federal court that the Muslim Brotherhood’s mission in the United States is “destroying Western civilization from within”. In the aftermath of 9-11, documents were found that outline the plan for this to occur, which has been referred to as "The Project". Without much resistance from our government, a large number of the goals set forth are well on the way to being achieved, with the following three most notable:
Come to think of it, the events regarding the Ambassadors murder do not quite add up. While the mainstream media efforts to discredit Mitt Romney, Glenn Beck uncovers the real story:
Glenn Beck hosted a frank discussion regarding this topic, Rumors of War III, which is mandatory viewing. We noted the documentary and the grave trouble from within on the blog last April. Next week, on The Blaze TV, a documentary detailing "The Project" will air, and the content is extremely alarming.
Events surrounding the Muslim Brotherhood seem orchestrated. Everyone except Obama, and Bill Kristol, knew the Muslim Brotherhood would take over Egypt, and while the media cheered the perceived freedom, they did. Reports are now surfacing that the administration, in an effort to ease tensions with Egypt, now run by the Muslim Brotherhood, have negotiations are underway to release Omar Abdel-Rahman, or The Blind Sheikh. The fight is engaged.
The aforementioned Andy McCarthy thinks this will happen, after the election no matter who wins. Under ZERO circumstances should the Blind Sheikh be released. Should this occur, this would confirm what many already know; President Obama and Uncle Sam are on opposite sides.
Needless to say, this issue is of utmost importance and every American should get up to speed quickly on the topic, as the Muslim Brotherhood continues to advance The Project while many of the uninformed among us wonder how many traffic arrests it will take for Lindsay Lohan to see extensive jail time.

Love of the American Dream
This has been a very busy week. Not only are we scrambling around to preserve our standard of living under assault from the Obama administration (yes, we did build it), but along with the excitement of the start of NCAA College Football, the wrap up of the NFL preseason and dodging the latest hurricane, we have the Republican National Convention.
The Grand Old Party event has been interesting for sure. While there have been your usual snoozers, with John McCain and Mitch McConnell peeling paint, there have been some inspirational speeches praising the American dream; the privilege to participate in the great American experiment and chase your dreams.
We got some of what we expected, inclusive of learning (who did not know) that Ann and Mitt Romney are not oblivious to the struggles many Americans face each and every day. Chris Chirstie went large and hammered Obama on the issue of leadership and the failures of big government progressivism.
Comments by Artur Davis, Rand Paul, Condoleezza Rice, Puerto Rico Gov. Luis Fortuño, New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez and Ohio Gov. John Kasich highlighted that we can adhere to principles and change our path to prosperity. Paul Ryan hit for the cycle in a tremendous speech.
One thing is clear; the GOP bench is very deep.
Perhaps the speech that resonated with me the most came from Mia Love, Mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah, a candidate for Congress. She gets it totally, and does not buy the new normal narrative consisting of the central planning of our lives through regulation and entitlements.
Her story is one everyone should hear about, and in eloquent fashion, she gave it to you at the RNC in Tampa town; a mighty fine place to be by the way. If you missed her; please take a listen.
Mia Love is someone who subscribes to the principles of our founding fathers and shares my vision of America and I would thrilled to cast a vote for her. She surely has quite a future. Come on Utah, join Conservatives across America and show your Love4Utah!

Ryan the Right Choice
Four years ago, when John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate, I could hardly curb my enthusiasm. When the announcement came early Saturday morning that Mitt Romney had chosen Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, I was equally pumped.
For us conservatives, Romney usually is quite efficient at delivering good speeches, but his commitment to the principles we subscribe to require us to extend a leap of faith. By bringing in Ryan, who has long championed conservative principles, this seemed to be a move to offer a sense of security to his potential administration.
More importantly, as we have written on many occasion, Ryan is the smartest guy in the room when it comes to understanding the most important issue of the day; the financial crisis our country is in. While others sit around running the mouth, Ryan put forth a bold plan to put America back on a path to prosperity.
Ryan and his plan has many critics, as sound thinkers join the progressive big government advocates as opponents, but the Ryan roadmap provides a basis for action to upset the current path progressives of both parties have put us on. While critics hammer Ryan, I applaud his bold leadership.
Ryan, a protege of the great Jack Kemp, has a double major in Economics and Political Science from Miami of Ohio and follows the economic theories advanced by the great Milton Friedman. Ryan spoke with the MacIver Institute recently on the 100th birthday of Friedman regarding the dismal economic status of America under President Obama. Take a listen:
This morning, at a campaign event at The NASCAR Institute in Mooresville, NC, NASCAR legend Darrell Waltrip provided the opening greeting for a Romney-Ryan rally, which had the men flanked by a pair of Sprint Cup stock cars. Since the addition of Ryan to the ticket, I have noticed the rhetoric of Romney has sharpened. Once you dodge the non-sensible Democratic attacks, such as portraying Mitt Romney as a felon, the framing of the debate is simplistic. As Ryan and Romney spell out, the choice is quite clear. Here is the deal:
Of course the Democrats would be out attacking whoever was chosen with lies and innuendo, but the choice of Ryan gives the Romney campaign street credibility that it is most serious about attacking the critical issue of our time, the financial disaster we find ourselves in due to very poor economic decision making by both parties; parties that lost sight of the principles of governance our nation was founded upon.
The Obama campaign will label Ryan, and thus Romney, as radicals who will end Medicare as we know it and punish the middle class. For anyone with a lick of common sense, it is obvious this is far from the case. Meanwhile, the push by the Obama administration to encourage welfare is immoral and seeks to rob citizens of their identity, crashing of the system to ensure those in need turn to government for assistance, losing control of their lives due to their dependencies.
Our growing entitlements are sinking our economy and are quite simply unsustainable. Medicare as we know it should end, replaced with a program that can support itself, most likely through privatization, with the changes not forced upon anyone currently 55 or over.
Common sense applications to fiscal problems that threaten our national and economic security, utilizing free markets and free enterprise to encourage and support entrepreneurship and risk taking is representative of the vision of Romney and Ryan; helping to bring the promise of the great experiment of America back from near ruin.
I am all for it!
