Misleading and Fraudulent Housing Data

In February of 2009, the Government Census Bureau was moved to the executive branch, most thought to deal with congressional redistricting. A byproduct was the reporting of misleading and fraudulent data.

Of note this week was the "discovery" of some real questionable activity with the reporting of the housing numbers, specifically new home sales.  Already, we have documented erroneous data with respect to how unemployment rates are calculated.  Why not extend the propaganda throughout government data?  NBC will be happy to report it.

While housing is performing in certain locations, rental rates are rising due to higher demand of folks who ordinarily would be potential home buyers, giving indication the equilibrium in these markets the incorrect measurements suggests is not real.

Most of America does not have time to sift through the bull crap to figure out what is real and what is a manipulated fabrication. Therefore, most everything goes unquestioned, and when caught and reported, the level of deception is to intricate for the average person to comprehend.

As such, we get the government we deserve, one which is diminishing liberty and freedom for all of us on a daily basis, and on a much larger scale than even those who "get it" can imagine.

"When you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you–when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice–you may know that your society is doomed"  --Ayn Rand, “Atlas Shrugged”

Media Snapshot

Rush Limbaugh very accurately points out that there is no real news media.

Talking points are derived by the powers that be, distributed to participatory media outlets which include ABC, CBS, and NBC.  They are then presented to the public in cohesive fashion.

For those interesting in testing this theory, compilations of key words from the participatory media outlets have been put together, and while entertaining, the reality of the failure of the media to be objective is no laughing matter.

Without question, the mainstream media is completely in the tank for President Obama, and in not pursuing him with relevant questions on issued of constitutional and national security violations, they are deemed criminally complicit.

In recent years, beauty pageants, of all things, have brought glaring example of this theory, cementing its authenticity.

Sunday night,  Ian Ziering, an actor from Beverly Hills 90210, asked Miss Louisiana whether the government was right to release five Guantanamo Bay prisoners in exchange for American POW Bowe Bergdahl.  Miss Nevada, Nia Sanchez, who went on to win Miss USA, was asked about about the high rate of sexual assaults on college campuses.  The fourth-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do demonstrated Tae (strength of mind) and scored big points with her answer.

If only President Obama would get questions he did not see previously that asked appropriate questions the citizenry would like to know.

Dennis Miller agrees.

Truth or Consequences

I am fortunate in my many avenues of financial pursuit to associate and work with some wonderful people, and through these associations have formed many relationships that are very important to me.  Although I effort in conversations when possible to illustrate truths with economic analysis without being overbearing or disrespectful to my co-workers, many have been and continue to be supporters of President Obama. That is their right, which I respect, but as President Reagan said, the only problem with our Democrat friends is that they know so much that isn't true.

"The Weather Man" is one of my favorites, who on several recent occasions joked that "yeah, and I can see Russia from my house".  Not a Palin fan and thinking she is seemingly an intellectual equal to Elmer Fudd, he got a gleam in his eye each time he fired out that quote.

Engaging in a hostile exchange is not what I sought out as I informed him that although funny, Palin did not actually say that.  I did not expect, nor did I get, a hostile reply, as this individual realized that what he thought was true was not.

While Palin was maligned across the media for something she did not say, Tina Fey of NBC's Saturday Night Live, who actually said the phrase, was named among Barbara Walters 10 Most Interesting People, for falsely imitating Palin.  Imagine that.

Now, The Weather Man's opinion of Palin did not change, but I was able to plant with him that information presented while listening to the mainstream media and late night left wing entertainment programs masquerading as news outlets cannot be trusted as truthful and due diligence is required as any information is consumed.

Sarah Palin, is not perfect, nor is George W. Bush, Dan Quayle or President Obama, who has made more gaffes, including a slew of them earlier this week in an appearnace on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, than most.  None of these individuals are intellectually challenged either, but the way they are presented in the media is radically different.

Rush Limbaugh spent a segment this afternoon discussing this, noting the alarming discrepancies that a growing number of the electorate find truthful.  In addition, The Blaze reported on the gaffes, which included one on geography which dwarfs the remark supposdedly made by Palin.  The media will not report that during the appearance Obama named three cities with ports on the Gulf of Mexico that are actually on the Atlantic Ocean, but they will cover it up for him.

From the St. Johns River, I have driven my boat through Jacksonville out the inlet into the Atlantic Ocean and can assure you the River City is not located on the Gulf of Mexico.  While I certainly do not subscribe to the media reports that Obama is so intellegent that he is bored acting as our President, I have no doubt he is far from an idiot and has full knowledge the map of the United States.

Obama and Biden have had a staggering number of these gaffes over the years.  Biden went into great detail telling Katie Couric, again with NBC, how Americans watched the fireside chats of FDR on television, while Obama campaigned in 57 states and mangled commentary regarding early treatment for sick children.

While it is certainly entertaining to listen to these gaffes and engage the thought that the politician on your opposite side is an idiot, only in rare instances is that actually the case.  What is concerning, and the basis for this bloog post, is that with a media set on promoting the agenda of their favored politician versus the efforts at discrediting and demenaing their opponents; hard working Americans struggling to put food on the table have hard time grasping what is fact.

The treatment of our two most recent Presidents should serve as a glowing example of how slanted the media presentation has been and continues to be.  Both of these men, and those in their repsective parties, should be challenged on the battlefield of ideas and judged upon their successes and failures.  The media has a responsibility to present us the facts leaving the American people to make their own assessments, and they are failing mserably.

Report the facts, let the people decide. If a politician makes false statements, it is the job of the media call them out. The media should not be cozy, or be threatened by, any administration.  Seek the truth, which has no agenda. After all, as once said by George Orwell, "In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act."

Information Misrepresentation: NBC News

Information presented to the Public by various outlets is being crafted to misrepresent reality in an effort to skew political thinking, gain economic advantage and nudge social justice further down the American psyche. This is the fourth in a series of blog posts detailing instances in this regard, as it is imperative the Public recognize the significant level of misrepresentation and how vast the manipulation is and gather information from trusted sources.

Information Misrepresentation: NBC News.

For years, NBC News was a respected outlet for news. Many may recall Chet Huntley and David Brinkley, and there were days when Tom Brokaw was credible. Sadly, this is no longer true. Perhaps the fatal blow came when General Electric (GE:NYSE) became the parent company of NBC, but at any rate, make no mistake, they are not presently accurate, cannot be trusted and are essentially Obama campaign members. Doubt me?

Although there were instances raising eyebrows, it was a two by four to the forehead during the emergence of the Tea Party in 2010. Please see the following report from MSNBC:

Oh my gosh! Racist white folks protesting out first black President are running around with machine guns at Tea Party rallies! It is not football season and I think Lee Corso is fishing; but not so fast my friend! MSNBC misrepresented the truth by a large measure, and risked placing people in harms way by playing the race card and potentially inciting riots. Please see a local ABC-TV report showing the real story:

Nothing has changed over at NBC, even though Comcast (CMSCA:NASDAQ) is now owner. NBC recently busted doctoring a tape of George Zimmerman, the Central Florida man who is charge with killing Travon Martin, which recently strained race relations.  No worries at 30 Rock.

In fact, with Obama dive bombing in recent polls, NBC has increased the propaganda. NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell, wife of former FED Chair Alan Greenspan, blatantly edited a Mitt Romney speech in juvenile fashion in effort to misrepresent Romney's comments. Glenn Beck was not amused, and gives you the full story:

Recognizing the error of their ways, Andrea Mitchell cleared the air on her program. Well, at least she thinks she did. Beck is really fired up now, and you should be as well.

We have a very important election ahead of us,  and it is critical you get your information from trusted sources, and make no mistake, NBC is not one of them. This is regrettable. I have been on the Today Show and enjoy the history of the proud peacock and NBC News. But the days of solid reporting from this network are history, and they fake out thousands of our citizens who have formerly trusted this news division and have no idea they are sellouts for progressive interests.

There are countless examples of this type of activity, and NBC is not alone,  But, they are by far the worst and no longer even attempt journalism. It is worse than you think with these anti-America impostors, but now you know.

Yes, employ a sell signal should you own Comcast (CMSCA:NASDAQ) or General Electric (GE:NYSE), which I do not.

BAHL's Babes: Kristian Alfonso

Although almost a dozen BAHL's Babes have been presented, at or near the top of the list for decades has been Kristian Alfonso. Alfonso, who is best know for her portrayal of Hope Williams Brady on NBC's Days of Our Lives, is simply stunning and has always been anchored near the top spot on the list of BAHL's Babes.

Alfonso started on Days as a teenager, and has stayed with role for almost 30 years. Early on, Kristian was accomplished figure skater, winning a gold medal at the Junior Olympics, in her early years, but got the acting bug and began her career on Days in 1981. Soap Opera Digest has on three occasions named her one of the most beautiful women on television, and I would concur with that.

I had occasion to meet Kristian, along with her Days co-star Peter Reckell (Bo Brady), at a mall opening in 2002 and she was as friendly and gorgeous as advertised.

Outside of television, Kristian employed her entrepreneurial spirit and founded a jewelry company called Hope, Faith and Miracles, which offers a complete line of jewelry and accessories. Many of the pieces offered are many of the pieces Kristian wears on Days of our Lives, and that is great advertising as many of her customers are Days fans. The line has been met with great success with a wide assortment of neat and unique items.

Ever since I was a teenager, I have admired the beauty and talent of Kristian Alfonso and the BAHL's Babe list could not be complete without her. Although I don't get a chance to follow DOOL much anymore, I do try to catch her from time to time, which I did recently as she was featured on a float for the 2011 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

She has without question always been my favorite.

Royal Wedding Spencer Style

On Friday, April 29, 2011, Prince William will marry Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey in a wedding sure to be watched by millions around the globe.

The only Royals I am into play hardball in Kansas City, but I do recognize the impact of this event. Certainly, from what I can tell, both Prince William and Miss Middleton seem to carry themselves well and I do wish them all the best.

Without a doubt, this is the biggest Royal deal since Prince Charles married the former Miss Diana Spencer in July of 1981. I thought highly of Princess Di, and her tragic death was most unfortunate. I suspect she would be proud of William.

I do recall the wedding of Miss Diana Spencer and Prince Charles in 1981, but it was not the wedding event of the year.

That was the wedding of another Spencer, one Lucas Lorenzo Spencer, as he married Laura Webber Baldwin on November 16, 1981 in Port Charles, New York. Some 30 million daytime viewers took in the wedding of Luke and Laura on ABC's General Hospital. I remember it well, with Robert Scorpio standing tall as Luke's best man and Elizabeth Taylor in attendance.

Recently, ABC has announced plans to cancel two running soaps in All My Children and One Life To Live. Although AMC ran against NBC's very popular Days of Our Lives, it was well done and star Susan Lucci is a household name. OLTL seemed to never materialize as a top notch soap, but hung on for decades airing between AMC and GH. General Hospital and Days of Our Lives are still running strong, but many long running soap operas have been gone to sunset.

Given the demise of these long running programs, while looking back this weekend a very significant television event against the backdrop of a royal wedding, it is amazing to contemplate the demise of most all of the soaps. The soap opera, diminishing in its gallantry in recent years, remains a historically interesting and valuable part of our entertainment culture, as does the goings on of the royal family in Great Britain.

Who is Obamacare Army Adversary?

Previously, President Obama has openly spoken about his intention to form a civilian army, one with equal power to our military forces. Roll the tape:

Is there a need for this type of organization? What purposes does the President envision for this organization? What is the makeup of the individuals who will staff this organization? Who is the organization accountable to? These are just a few of the many questions I have. Glenn Beck, fellow sick twisted freak, has some questions as well:

I have found this administration untrustworthy, and find the announcement of the formation of the "Ready Reserve Corps" to be most troubling. You become an instant candidate for the Anti-Christ if in any way you were to compare Obama to Adloph Hitler, but did Hitler not form a civilian army which morphed into the SS?

I am not going there, yet, but I do see the potential for members of civil disobedience groups like ACORN or union thugs from SEIU staffing the Reserve Coprs. Will the Apollo Alliance, who astonishingly helped craft the stimulus bill, be part of the creative team? Of course, the NY division of Apollo is headed by Weather Underground co-founder, along with Obama's favorite unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, Jeff Jones. As reported by Atlas Shrugs, they have already began recruiting veterans to help launch an Operation Free” campaign that has veterans touring the country to call for federal action on climate change, which is perhaps the greatest hoax of all time. I could easily see former Green Jobs Czar Van Jones running point on this!

As alarming as this is, the organization is not set up to be accountable to American people through Congress, but only to the President. See the following:

3) APPOINTMENT.—Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
Source pg 1312

Caution on the speedway!! I read that as advice and consent of the Senate, not accountable to the Senate, or the American people for that matter. This administration has bullied the other legislative branches, threatening Congress and admonishing in front of the American people the Supreme Court of The United States, attempting to diminish their power. Our country is built on among other things a system of checks and balances, to prohibit abuses of power. I consider the President forming his own army accountable only to him for undefined domestic purposes such an abuse.

On top of it all, the provision, and the entire Health Care Reform Bill for that mater, may in fact be unconstitutional. Judge Andrew Napolitano of FOX News discusses the action on FOX Business Network's Happy Hour with Tracey Byrnes, Eric Bolling and Cody Willard. Take a listen:

So we have the Ready Reserve Corps, a domestic army formed to operate at the discretion of the President to be used for domestic purposes accountable only to the President. For what reason? Who is the enemy of the armed Reserve Corps? I sure hope it is not me and my fellow Tea Party Patriots!

Christie Signals Return to Prosperity

In his first interview since being elected as Governor of New Jersey, Chris Christie (R) joins Carl Quintinia, Becky Quick, Melissa Lee and Darden Restaurant CEO Clarence Otis on CNBC's Squawk Box to kick around the state of New Jersey, which is a snapshot of where our nation is likely heading.

CNBC, which has been editorially leaning left of late and paying for it with the recent departures of Bill Griffith and Senior Reporter Charles Gasparino, seemed ready to take on Christie, but he absolutely leveled all comers. Right leaning anchor Joe Keren was unfortunately on vacation.

The mandate that got Christie elected in this heavily Democrat leaning state, formerly led by Goldman Sachs disciple John Corzine (D), is to pull Jersey out of fiscal ruin on a platform of reform. Included in the reform is heavily cutting entitlements, reforming the entire retirement system and curtailing the unions, whose interference creates inefficient markets.

Take a listen to the discussion:

Gov. Christie is right on target. The time is now for the entitlement programs, which are draining the US coffers, to be immediately scaled back in major fashion and most should be eliminated over time. Excessive governmental regulation and intervention in the marketplace must minimized. The government does not create wealth, the private sector does, but the government can take it away and does in New Jersey, who is among the highest taxed states in the union. The result of this high taxation is residents moving out of the sate in high numbers, which limits economic growth which destroys wealth.

The economic principles necessary to solve these problems are easy to understand and implement, which is the path Christie signaled he is going to take. This is in contrast to our federal government, whose leaders are either economic imbeciles or are knowingly crashing the system. My money is unfortunately on the latter.

Horton Family Matriarch Signs Off

I was saddened to learn today of the death of Frances Reid, Daytime Emmy Award winner of the NBC daytime drama Days of Our Lives, who passed away Wednesday at the age of 95. Reid played the matriarch role of Alice Horton since the inception of the program in 1965. The soap centered around the family of Tom (McDonald Carey) and Alice Horton and their extended family. I grew up watching the goings of the Horton's in Salem, and in particular, Alice's granddaughter, Hope Williams Brady, played by the gorgeous Kristian Alfonso. Alice made some outstanding doughnuts, so I am told. The Horton family Christmas will never be the same! RIP Frances Reid!

Energized

I have always been a big fan of William Shatner, dating back to his portrayal of Captain James T. Kirk on Star Trek, one of my favorite programs of all time. Shatner has long used his Kirk persona for various comedy acts but his guest appearances on The Howard Stern Show provided really provided a vehicle for his quick wit.

Recently, Shatner, along with his work on his show Raw Nerve on Bio.com has been reading exerpts of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's new book Going Rogue on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. Although Shatner is no doubt a Hollywood lefty, this has been entertaining.

This weekend, the tables got turned on ole Captain Kirk, as the real Sarah Palin beamed on to the set:

Nicely done on all fronts! Listen to Shatner with Rush Limbaugh HERE

BAHL's Babes: Angie Harmon

For the second time in as many weeks, there is an addition to BAHL's Babes that was not originally on the list, and that is the lovely Angie Harmon.

Angie began her career as a model but is most known for her role on NBC's Law & Order. She is married to former USC Trojan and New York Giant Jason Sehorn and has three children.

Angie has been in the news recently for stating accurately that you can be at odds with the policies of President Barack Obama without being a racist. That someone felt compelled to comment on what should be obvious demonstrates where this country is on the Obama love train, including the credibility and ratings plummeting mainstream news media.

Harmon is finding "that if you say anything against him you're called a racist,", and she is annoyed at having to defend herself on this, as she should be. Another item on the list of grievances Harmon has is the double standard presented by the main stream media. "I think one of the greatest things about the Republican Party is the understanding, we don’t point fingers and we have class." Harmon is a open GOP member and was a strong supporter of John McCain in the 2008 election.

So in summary we have a beautiful, talented actress, active member of the GOP, college and NFL football fan, a risk taker by taking on Obama from Hollywood and a fan of NASCAR. No doubt, that rises above the qualifications and Angie Harmon is a BAHL's Babe.

The following video shows Angie dropping the green flag and cutting the good ole boys loose at the AutoClub 500 at California Motor Speedway this past February. Stand On It indeed!

The Illogicality of Bele and Lokai

On NBC's Meet The Press this morning, former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Colin Powell, a Republican, endorsed Barack Obama, D:IL, for President. I respect Powell, and his decision. Then I heard the reasoning behind his decision and drew a different conclusion. Take a listen to Powell:
The case Powell made for Obama, and against John McCain, I found extremely weak and even misguided. Although I can buy his rationale for a "transformational figure", I will take issue with several of his other points.

"This Bill Ayers situation that's been going on for weeks became something of a central point of the campaign," Powell said. "But Mr. McCain says that he's a washed-out terrorist. Well, then, why do we keep talking about him?"

We speak of Mr. Ayers not because he is an unrepentant terrorist, but because it displays the lack of judgement of Obama by alliances he has formed with folks who hate America and wish it ill will. Certainly, Reverend Wright would be yet another example.

Powell commented he sees the Republican party moving to far toward the right. I wish it were true, but it is not. John McCain is the Republican candidate Democrats could snuggle up to. He is the one who, much to my distaste, who has crossed the aisle and sponsored bills with Democratic leaders such as Russ Feingold, who is off the planet out there, and Ted Kennedy.

Sarah Palin is also concerning to Powell. "I don't believe she's ready to be president of the United States". Fair enough, although she does have executive experience as a Governor and has an extensive record in dealing with a significant issue of the day in energy. While Powell questions Palin's readiness, count me among those who has the same questions about Obama, and he is pursuing the one slot. Powell feels McCains decision to pick her raises judgement questions. Cool to hang with Ayers and Rev. Wright but don't pick a Governor for VP?

Powell further commented "I would have difficulty with two more conservative appointments to the Supreme Court, but that's what we'd be looking at in a McCain administration." Given the rhetoric of the domestic policies Obama has indicated, this may be my top reason for supporting McCain. I think our whole judicial system is a mess and much too liberal, otherwise many of the criminals would remain locked up, even if they were not able to have cable television.

"In the case of Mr. McCain I found that he was a little unsure as to how to deal with the economic problems that we were having," Powell said. Obama "displayed a steadiness, an intellectual curiosity, a depth of knowledge and an approach to looking at problems like this." If I didn't know, I would be curious as well. Obama sat the episode out, or voted present, making only generic commentary on the subject. In my view, Obama's lack of understanding how our financial markets function is frightening.

So, either Powell is a leftist Democrat masquerading as a Republican or something else is behind his decision. Since his reasoning does not stack up, I suspect there is, and that Powell is supporting Obama because he is black.

This is illogical decision making and one I think Dr. Martin Luther King would discard. Casting a vote is among the most important roles our citizens can play, and that vote should be cast for the best person you feel can represent you and our fellow citizens in performing the duties set forth. A decision should not be made based on color or creed or favorite football team, or as a nation we could end up in a most illogical battle for our souls, much like the one portrayed between Bele and Lokai in Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek. It was an eyebrow raiser indeed!

Spock Out!

BAHL's Babes: Vanessa Marcil

Vanessa Marcil busted on the scene portraying the part of Brenda Barrett on ABC's General Hospital and collecting a Daytime Emmy Award along the way.

She has been featured in STUFF and Maxim magazines, being named among Maxim's 100 Hottest Women. Vanessa was also a regular on Beverly Hills 90210 and starred in the motion picture The Rock.

Marcil can be found playing Sam Marquez guarding The Montecito on NBC's Las Vegas.

BAHL's Babes: Alexis Glick

After biding time at CNBC and over at the Today Show on NBC, FOX Business Channel wisely hired Alexis Glick as Vice President of Business News and Anchor of Money For Breakfast aired each weekday on FBC.

Prior to entering the television world, she was an executive director and ran floor operations at the NYSE for Morgan Stanley. She is a graduate of Columbia University, a mother of three sons, a real estate investor owning several properties and a former basketball star at the high school level or so I read. This is most impressive!

Regrettably, she does seem to be onboard the Obama express, and given her level of education and accomplishment, that is puzzling.

Anyhow, I may be listening to Kernen and gang at CNBC in the morning, but I am watching Money For Breakfast with Alexis Glick.

The American Century Golf Championship

Actor Jack Wagner, formerly of ABC's General Hospital and FOX's Melrose Place, signs autographs on Saturday at The American Century Investments Celebrity Golf Tournament benefitting The Lance Armstrong Foundation at Lake Tahoe.

The tournament includes celebrities like Al Michaels, politicians such as Dan Quayle, current athletes like Tony Romo (with Jessica Simpson in tow), and former athletes including Rick Rhoden, Michael Jordan, John Elway, Wayne Gretzky and Dale Jarrett.

I have always pulled for Jack Wagner, who is the only "non-athlete" to win the event, winning in 2006. I have been a fan of his since the early 80's, and I had occasion to meet the General Hospital star during his musical tour, showcasing his #1 hit "All I Need". Pictured below is Wagner backstage at the Bob Carr Auditorium in Orlando in May 1985.

The American Century Golf Championship, broadcast annually by NBC Sports, is scheduled to donate over a half a million dollars to The Lance Armstrong Foundation. It is also fun to watch!

NBC News Facing Challenges

The surprising and sudden death of NBC's Tim Russert is very sad indeed. By all accounts, Russert was a towering figure in the political machine but more importantly, a fair and kind gentleman who had great appreciation for his friends and family.

For his family at NBC News, the death of Russert is particularly challenging. Of late, NBC News has been moving into an area where political commentary and "news" were one in the same, and the bias toward the left is overwhelming. Keith Olbermann, a left leaning political commentator who hammers conservatives nightly in a disrespectful way on his program, sits in anchoring primary election coverage with Russert and Chris Matthews. There is a place for folks like Olbermann, but it is not when "political news" is taking place unless the debate is balanced. For example, FOX does not include Bill O'Reilly in their primary election coverage. Who, what, where and when.

Russert appreciated politics and respected differing opinions. He would not be leading the way in this convergence and reportedly objected to it. Outside of Meet The Press, ratings indicate few viewers are watching these NBC political folks anyhow. Although CNBC excels, with Russert gone, expect the viewership to continue to fade for NBC News and MSNBC.

The unfortunate irony of Russert, who wrote a best selling book about his father, checking out on Fathers Day weekend, is just wrong. Without Russert, we were Meet The Depressed this morning. I did tilt a cold brew in Russert's honor. He will be missed.

Happy Hour!

General Electric (GE:NYSE) gave the market every reason to sell off hard today, missing guidance and lowering estimates going forward. In addition, they appear to have been less than forthcoming with the analysts who cover GE.

I think a real problem with GE, outside of the market turmoil everyone is in, is the NBC news division. Day's Of Our Lives and CNBC are great, but the news division has taken a hard left turn and this is no doubt turning off viewers in droves. A reported alliance with billionaire George Soros, David Brock and Paul Begala to push the leftist agenda in this political season is not welcomed activity.

GE is a heavyweight on the DOW and is responsible for much of todays volume on the downdraft. Even with the selloff, volume eased on the NASDAQ, and if you exclude GE, the same would have occurred on the DOW. Both are parked at the 50 day moving average.

Although technically a distribution day on the DOW, I discard it due to GE and proclaim the rally is still intact as market action dictates.

So, I am heading to Happy Hour. Can't make the Bulls and Bears today, so Chilis will have to do! Bottoms Up!
